skin regimen/Brightening Concentrate

This is my inital review for the skin regimen/Brightening Concentrate, and I'll continue updatng it as I use it. A little bit about my self, I've always had a troubled skin and alot of scars so I don't usually use any product, as I can easily breakout and develop scars and plus having a very oily skin doesn't help either. So I'm always careful to what I apply to my skin or my face, because having to work all day and being out, and if I had a negative reaction to any ingredient it will be a mess, specially with also wearing masks and having all those bacteria staying on the mask and your skin all the time. So I was shopping for some new products to use for me and my wife, we both have this complex skin type, and she also got some scarring. So we do a facial Sunday, a full skin routine in our house, I get alot of skin care products, exfoliating serums, chemical peels , Facial cleansers and all kind of skin care machines like derma pen and rollers, etc.. So I came around this product by accident and for the price I thought well, the higher the price the better the ingredients and higher quality, as I stay away from all those sub $10 products, they all mess my skin and face and i develop rash and it's doesn't hurt if it didn't work I can just return it. So I've been using it for the past month and it's been working very good with me, it's been making my skin so much softer and tighter, I can actually feel my skin healthy and on the pinkish side, scars are fading. Everyone been asking about why my face is suddenly been glowing, and my secret has been because I've added it to my skin routine and I've been loving it so much, it's insanely good product and looks and feel very high quality and I highly recommend it. I have other [ comfort zone ] /skin regimen/ products and really them so was excited to try out the Brightening Concentrate 15.0 Vitamin C Booster. I like this one too, but it's a mixed bag. When using it for the first time, you need to cut open the accompanying bag of Vitamin C, pour the crystals into the opaque glass bottle, close and shake well, wait two minutes, and then you can use it. The serum is very watery, so thankfully it drips rather than squirts out. Just be sure to dispense at about a 90-degree angle so it doesn't drip down onto the bottle. The light liquid absorbs quickly and feels refreshing on my skin. There is no scent and it leaves an attractive sheen that soon becomes matte. Skin looks and feels hydrated but I definitely would follow this up with a lotion (as recommended). While I appreciate the fact [ comfort zone ] took the time to separately package the Vitamin C concentrate to maintain effectiveness, it is a bit of a pain to pour in the small bottle. I was careful and still managed to lose some (see photo). It may keep the product fresher, but some people won't want the hassle. I suggest using a small funnel or folded paper to direct the powder so that you get as much of it as possible. The serum is supposed to be used within 30 days and is rather runny, but it seems effective. As I said, it is a mixed bag. Made in Italy ~ Kort

The extra step is worth it for fresher, potent Vitamin C

I like this vitamin C serum both for the formation and clever packaging. Vitamin C is not shelf stable and you have to use it very quickly before it oxidizes. Once it reaches that point it must be tossed, never use oxidized vit c on your skin or it becomes the very opposite of what its meant to be- an ANTIoxidant- and as an oxidant can cause cellular damage to your skin. This brand utilizes a smart solution to this universal vit c problem to ensure that you get the freshest vitamin c for your skin. This does create an extra step but as vitamin c is one of the most important and valuable steps in one's skincare, I honestly don't mind it as it does ensure the best quality. I do see brightening of my skin after using this, and my pores on my nose actually seem less noticeable too. This uses 15% Viatmin C which is high without the irritation risk that comes with higher concentrations. I still store this in my fridge and recommend any to do the same to prolong its life. This is priced pretty steep for vitamin C, though I can see it as a higher value due to the quality and purity of the ingredients, as well as the results I see. Hope this is helpful for someone ????

Mix it yourself

At the risk of being accused of laziness, I try to avoid products that require some effort to us. The /skin regimen/Brightening Concentrate Vitamin C is provided in tow parts: a 0.7 ounce liquid pump bottle and a small packet of powder. The powder must be mixed into the liquid before use. I believe that this is done to keep the Concentrate fresh. Of course, I managed to spill some of the powder while getting it into the bottle. The benefits of Vitamin C for skin have been well documented. There are books about it. Healthline says: "Vitamin C can help heal blemishes, reduce hyperpigmentation, and give your skin an out-of-this-world glow." I believe that this is true. I just object to mixing it myself.
