First day broken key

I just received it and I like that's it's large but it had a broken key that's needed to open the lid. Does anyone know how to get a replacement key?

MISSING PARTS DUE TO OPEN BAGS

Key to remove the lid very poor quality.

First unit I received had a broken key that is need to remove the lid, so I returned it for a replacement and the replacement unit had a broken key as well. The key is just very cheap plastic .
