little tight on the top seam
Very classy shoes. I am digging this whole trend with the hourglass shaped heel. The ankle strap is a touch stiff. I think if I sat and flexed it a bit before wearing the shoe it won't feel hard against my ankle. The seam across the top of the toes is just a bit tight and where the placement palls on my foot leans to some rubbing when I walk. As I step up, that seam subs across the edges of my toes. I will put some moleskin on the inside at that seam to prevent any rubbing. Otherwise, this shoe is great. There are tons of cushion in the insole and it fits perfectly. The color blends perfectly with my own skin tone that I could wear with anything. Lovely shoe.

Really cute. Great color. Very comfortable. The strap is really secure. Wore them to a wedding but I will definitely wear them again

I typically wear an 8.5 to 9, but could not even tolerate wearing these in a 9 for more than the few minutes it took for me to take these pictures. Wow, are they uncomfortable! :( If you do decide they are cute enough to put up with discomfort (and won't be walking/standing much), I would suggest going up 1.5 to 2 sizes from what you usually wear. Doing so MAY help make them bearable.. for an hour or two. I am so disappointed in the narrow cut and inability to wear them bc they do look very nice and seem to be of high-quality. That said, I am NOT a fan of products made from cow skin (even when they DO fit well). When I ordered these, I thought they were made of faux leather. Not only is faux leather typically more durable than animal hide, but it also seems to have more flexibility. For that reason, I suspect if these had been made of faux leather, they would likely have been comfortable enough to wear for more than 5 minutes. I included one picture of a black pair of this brand/style bc my original order was not only the wrong color (black), but the size was smaller than what I had ordered... plus the box the incorrect pair came in was crushed and torn. The condition of shoe boxes is not something I care about, but I thought I should mention this issue in case you plan on purchasing these as a gift. You may or may not end up receiving a crushed/destroyed box.
