Missing hanging cord and S clasp

Ornament weighs 2 lbs. 14 oz., there is no cord with S clasp to hang it, just the electrical cord, which should not be used for hanging because it will stress and eventually break, also, I was surprised there was no packing to keep the ornament secure in the box for shipping, the ornament lit up, but I returned it for fear the electrical cord would not endure. First photo depicts plastic loop on ornament where a hanging cord would connect, third photo depicts hanging cord and S clasp that should have come with this $80+ ornament.

Beautiful $ charming.

We have a total of 7 of these. Four are outdoors with those decorations & 3 are indoors. We have received numerous compliments from young & old alike. While outdoors, we've had many people stop to say how much they enjoy them. One boy thanked us for the great light show. Keep the boxes so that you can store them safely after the holidays.

Not all balls look the same or have the same colors

Some balls look green and others look red. I bout a few of these as house decorations but they look silly because not all are the same colors. Very disappointed.
