Easy install but the roll spring too tight

Very easy to install, looks as advertised, however the spring toilet paper roll tube was twisted to where it's very difficult to press together to load into slots when the roll is on. It's my only complaint, otherwise would be 5 stars.

Looks great when assembled but hard to change toilet paper

I had to replace my existing one because it is too loose, every time I tried to scroll down the toilet paper, it will fell off. This one looks great, but really tight, now I’m having trouble to switching toilet paper

Great price

This item looks great and is super easy to install. The only issue I have is with the stiffness of the spring section. It took about a month for the spring assembly to loosen up.

Got the job done

Was pretty easy to install only problem I have is with the rod that you put the tissue on the spring was showing and it’s not so springy so it’s a little challenging to replace tissue.

Looks nice- hard to change toilet paper roll

It looks really nice, but the spring inside is not good. It makes it very difficult to change the toilet paper roll and sometimes the spring will pop out. Takes some finesse to operate correctly.
