Review against VS Love Cloud Hiphugger

I bought these to see if they were similar to the seamless Victoria’s Secret Love Cloud Hiphuggers that retail for $16.50 each. There are several differences. First, the Amazon fabric is thicker. VS is soft and stretchy and feels so good, and these are not bad, but not quite as soft and comfortable. There are seams on the hip on both of these “seamless” panties, but I didn’t notice the VS seams until I compared them for this review, while the Amazon seam wasn’t as flat. The Amazon non-roll tape around the legs and waist feels like cheap satin while the VS has a very slight velour feel to it. Both have cotton gussets. I bought a size up on the Amazon brand so don’t feel I can give a true representation of coverage, but it feels very similar. All points in favor of VS until you get to the price. I bought a four pack of the Amazon panties for the same price as one VS panty. If I hadn’t already had the expensive underwear, I’d probably really like the Amazon brand dupes. I will keep them for the times I need the bigger size, but my heart (and my spoiled butt) still belong to the pink store at the mall.

Very comfortable

I really love this underwear. I have issues where I don’t like things pulling on my waist and giving me a love handled look or feel. After many trial and error purchases I found this underwear and I love it so much! It feels very soft and relaxed and there are no underwear lines anymore when I wear my leggings or dresses I am very pleased.

Comfortable

So comfortable and smooth. I love the feeling of these panties and the lack of a panty line. They do run a bit big and do not shrink at all compared to a cotton counterparts. I probably would size down from my normal underwear size as these have been falling down lately.

They roll down

They are well made, but definitely not seamless. I am a plus size lady and wear size 18 so I bought an XXL. They fit wonderful and are very comfortable. I knocked off a star because if your a “hippy” women, these will roll down off your hips.

Inconsistent sizing

I ordered a set and really liked them. Comfortable and no show. So I ordered another set I the same size and the sizing was way off. Much smaller and rides up in the crotch.

Runs large but very nicely made.

Love the feel and construction. Colors are beautiful, I just wished I had bought a medium. I’m typically a large to xtra large but these run a bit big.

good fit, no seams

I have been looking for seamless bonded panties for some time and there seems to be few options in the market. Found these and decided to try them. The material is a bit thinner than I prefer, but thicker than the flimsy seamless undies which other vendors offer. I find the thinner the material, the more wedgies you get. The seamless bonded panties I have with a thicker satin material do not give you wedgies. These panties are pretty decent too and keep wedgies at bay although they will get a smidgeon bigger as you go along as seems to be the nature of these bonded underwear styles - expensive or cheap they all expand a bit so I have gone a size down and now they fit perfectly. Otherwise, they are comfortable to wear, and have good coverage and are seamless. The candy colours are also nice but take care to wash them only with whites to keep them bright. My only complaint about them is that the seams are not reinforced. Bonded seams have a tendency to eventually come apart. other vendors put a small stitch at the top and bottom of the seam which averts this problem and it would have been great if they had it here too.

Get bigger and bigger

They are fantastic at first. Very comfortable. But then they get bigger and bigger. They are at least 2 sizes bigger now after a few months than when I got them. I do not put them in the dryer, so that is not the reason.

Nice underwear

I am 8months pregnant so I bought them to feel more comfortable and not be squeezed by the seams. They have a very nice material, soft and feel fine on my skin. I did return the first batch, as 2 of the pairs had holes in them so check them thoroughly when you get them.

Keep falling down if you walk anywhere

Shame these knickers have no elastic and keep falling down. Walking around town and your knickers falling down - NOT GOOD
