Perfect size for dinner for two

Game Changers!!!

Im loving these for making my freezer meals, bcause you can take them from the freezer to the oven or microwave...after removing the lids of course. They are perfect size when cooking for 2-4 people. I really cannot boast about this glassware enough.

Decent Size Glass Storage

I am in the process of recycling the plastic containers and moving over to all glass storage. I am having a hard time finding anything size-wise that holds a decent amount. These I consider to be medium to large capacity but quite shallow. I wish I could find something similar but a bit deeper. These are good quality and made in the USA. I would say they are leak-proof but I haven’t tested that yet, the lids are extremely snug fitting and quite hard to get off.

Great replacement to plastic containers

I am slowly replacing all of my rubbermaid containers with glass containers from Anchor Hocking. Perfect for going from the refrigerator or freezer to the oven and american made. Who could ask for more.

Frustrated - ***Updated***

Great size and glass is so sturdy and easy to clean. That said, I’ve had these about a month and only used them a few times and already one of the lids has split right down the middle! I never overfill them - most especially because the anchor lids are not very sturdy to begin with. I also do not put the lids in the dishwasher - only wash by hand. So it’s pretty aggravating to have one of them fail in about a month. Glass container isn’t so wonderful without a lid. I purchased the same size container at Target, but got the Pyrex brand. The lids are far sturdier. Lesson learned. *** Update *** I contacted Anchor and they promptly responded and immediately sent out a full set or replacement lids. While the Anchor lids are still far less rigid then the Pyrex, I appreciate the great customer service. The replacement lids have held up well so far.
