Looks really nice

It is a very nice looking stool. Cushion is nice however it isn't made for people with wide hips or long legs. My husband is over 6 feet tall and I have thick hips and thighs which constricted our sitting there.

Damaged in shipping from poor packaging by Amazon Warehouse (bought a used and repackaged one)

I bought this item from Amazon Warehouse, that was stated to be in Used, Like New condition. The condition was as stated, but the problem was that the parts were repackaged in the box very poorly, so that the metal and wood (actually particle board) pieces were rubbing against each other, causing extensive scratching and gouging of the wood. I'm sure it was packaged well at the factory, but whoever repackaged it after it was returned by the last customer did not do a good job. Due to the damage, I returned it. Amazon's customer service was very helpful and efficient in refunding my after I shipped the item back. As for the chair itself, I would have been happy with it if it wasn't damaged in shipping. It looks great, and it's comfortable. The materials are cheap in quality, but acceptable, and overall it's a good value for the price.

Comfortable sturdy good looking great price

We bought two chairs initially to see what kind of quality they were. They’re very easy to assemble they’re easy to clean we’ve had them for a few months now and we went ahead and bought six more because we love them so much they’re very comfortable they look good and they’re very sturdy

Dissatisfied

The reason why I give 3 stars is because I ordered 3 black chairs and they sent me 2 cream color and one black. I checked my order in case it was my fault, and my order was right. I didn’t return the items because we do Airbnb in the house and I didn’t want to be waiting again for the chairs. Besides that, I had to use a hair dryer to take off the label because they placed it on the wood instead in the plastic, and this left a horrible glue mark, and another chair has the label staples to the wood. The same day I set up the chairs, the corners of two were scratched just rubbing a little bit on the island, which make me think they are not very durable. Other than that, the chairs have a very nice contemporary look and they are very comfortable when you sit.. I wish I got all my chairs match and that the paint on the backseat is more resistant.

I bought an Amazon return from the warehouse at an amazing price. Plus it was the sturdy modern look I was going for. And comfort was a priority. The seat is very generous in size. Very happy with purchase and all the complements I have received about the bar stool
