A Great Faucet for your kitchen.

I love my new kitchen faucet. The pull down sprayer is really great. It has the buttons to go from stream to spray. I like having the 2 handles, one for cold and one for hot. I highly recommend this faucet to anyone considering buying a new one.

Good looks and customer support, but don't expect longevity.

I used this faucet in a normal household kitchen for two years. This is a very nice looking product. The design is great, and having the sprayer be one piece with the faucet instead of on the side is super convenient, especially if you only have three holes available in your sink. The body and the sprayer are well made and the finish holds well. However. The faucet is made of plastic. That includes valves and handles. The valves are a bit on the tight side, and that makes the handles snap off at the thread where they are threaded into the vertical part. I have gone through three sets of handles in two years of normal use. I have to credit the Belanger company for being nice enough to supply me with replacement handles under warranty, but this really should not have been necessary. Had this same faucet been made of sturdier materials, it would have been much better.

Nice faucet for the price

Actually a nice faucet. I bought to put in RV but thinking of buying one for the house now. I was afraid it would be cheaply made due to the cheap price but i was pleasantly surprised !!

Things you should know before purchasing

I ordered this faucet without there being any reviews to guide me, so I guess I got to be the lab rat. I can't speak to the function of the faucet because it's not yet installed (and probably won't be for a while; a one-man whole-home electrical, plumbing, and flooring re-do while also replacing some wall coverings and building all kitchen & bath cabinets/countertops isn't a quick process) but here's what prospective buyers should know: The escutcheon, body, handles, and spray wand are plastic. The only exterior part that is metal is the spout. The faucet doesn't necessarily look like it's made of plastic but it definitely feels like it's plastic and it obviously weighs much less than an all-metal faucet does. Also, the product photos make the sprayer face/nozzles appear grey but it's black. On the underside of the sprayer, which isn't shown in the product photo, there is a black plastic button which I assume is a pause feature (the instructions are sparse) and a black plastic rocker which I assume changes the water flow from stream to spray. I'll be back to add to my review once this is installed, which will inevitably be way past the return window. The only reason I'm not returning this right now is because my wife insisted that the kitchen remodel include a two-handle pull-down faucet in brushed metal that isn't too sleek or industrial and this was the only design that she found that cost less than, like, $700.

Nice Faucet

This faucet was easy enough for me to install and it looks just as good as a fucet costing twice as much!

It's plastic

The faucet is very pretty. Love the pull-down sprayer and the ability to pause the flow of the water with a button on the sprayer. I am concerned about it's long-term use since it is plastic.

Flooded my house

This faucet is not made very sturdy. The valve in the middle failed and flooded my house.
