Be aware of the weight limitation

This jack is listed at 1.5 tons, 3000 lb. The weight of your vehicle should be less than twice that amount. Most mid-size sedans and SUV's are in the 5000-6000 lb range. But any vehicle over 6000 lbs curb weight may cause this jack to buckle. Many of the reviews here that refer to the jack buckling are probably using it on vehicles over that weight limit. Overall it's a decent product, very stable. I also recommend buying a small bottle of 3-in-1 oil to lubricate the screws when you need to use it. This together with the Gorilla lug wrench will give you all you need to change a flat tire without getting flustered.

Wish I had purchased sooner

I purchased 2 of these to work on my lifted 1999 Yukon Denali. I tore tendons in both my rotator culfs and pumping my 4 ton floor jack was not an option. I use 4in. x 4in. x 16in. blocks to get the necessary lift. I always carry them in my truck and I have used them several times to help other travelers change flat tires. The supplied jacking handle is useless. The jacks work great when paired with my Ridgid cordless drill and my Tonda 1/2 in. Scissor jack adapter. I highly recommend this method. You will save time, your back etc.

Me funcionó bien

A un compañero de trabajo se le ponchó la llanta, utilizamos el gato tipo tijera y nos sirvió a la perfección, fue una buena compra para emergencias, es un poco más grande que los que normalmente vienen de agencia en los autos pero es más estable.

Me gustó, solo que la base ,esas láminas que trae no asientan perfectamente, supongo no van a ser un problema, porque cuando uno ocupa usar el gato no va a ser el una superficie perfecta. Aún no lo uso, esperó sirva bien

Bueno, cumple con lo esperado, básico.

Es buena la relación calidad-precio, sin embargo creo que la manivela es un poco difícil de operar a la hora de subir el auto.

Excelente gato para mi yaris

Tuve una ponchadura y el gato que venía no me sirvió para nada, pero este al contrario excelente y fuerte, ya lo probé y cubrió mis espectativas... Definitivamente los compraría de nuevo.

Suficiente para precio. Podría mejorar sus rodamientos y tornillos para suavizar esfuerzo.

Me gusto la base bastante amplia. Lo use para levantar un vehículo pequeño, algo complicado la manivela y por lo tanto se requiere algo de esfuerzo para levantar vehículo. Para una chica sería pesado.
