Bio bidet is best bang for your buck

This is my third from bio bidet and it's way better than other more expensive brands. I suggest them to all my family.

Design issue & Non-existent customer support

The 3 stars are for the design. It works fine for me, but I'm on the thin side. The water control arm is positioned very close and back in such a way (How can I say this tactfully?) that if you have a wide bum, or hips, it will be awkward (or impossible) to access the control knob, as you’ll be on top of it. (I also have a Luxe bidet attachment that does not have this issue.) In terms of Customer support I give it zero stars because zero support is what you can expect. If you try to call them directly, you will hear a recording saying all the usual stuff like "Your call will be recorded for training purposes," then suggesting that you email your issue & that you will receive a response in 1-3 business days. (You are then promtly disconnected.) Today is day 5 & nada response! So, I called Bemis, the parent corporation, was told that Bio-Bidet was having "phone issues," & the helpful person told me that she would have someone at Bio-Bidet call me. That was also 5 days ago...Again...Nada.

Cost effective and easy to install bidet.

Overall this unit is well made and easy to install. Good value for the unit cost. The lack of water pressure control other than the actuator knob is somewhat problematic as if you turn it wide open water will spray outside of your bottom/seat and into the surrounding toilet area

Good quality but hard to control spray intensity

This is our first Biobidet but our second bidet of same caliber. I think I prefer the quality of the Biobidet but it is harder to control the spray intensity on it than our other brand which is much easier to control. Maybe it has to do with the round control knob vs. flat? I'm still unsure why such high pressure spray is even necessary or who would need it. Maybe if you want to pressure wash your....? Overall quite pleased.

Easy to install

This bidet is the best thing I ever bought. Easy to install just follow directions. you use little or no toilet paper which is great for the environment. Excellent for older people to feel fresh all day.

The diagram on the dial is reversed

Amazing product however the diagram is reversed on the dial. When positioned to the "back", it actually directs to the "front" and vice versa. Everything else is great.

A very simple and effective design

My wife and I enjoyed the use of this bidet. Lately, it was discovered that water was spouting elsewhere. On checking, I found a crack on the right angle bend of the bidet which is not discernable unless water is turned on and the crack opens. We are two people living in the home and no third parties involved.

A wonderfully clean bottom…..

I do not know why bidets aren’t more common here in Canada. This machine is great, cleans the area well and makes you feel 100% clean. I honestly miss this when I’m at other places. It was fairly easy to install, the instructions were clear and I installed this on my own without issues. I’ve had this installed for 4 days now no leaks and no issues. I will forever have a bidet. This would be wonderful for those with reaching/ mobile issues, better to have water on you than poo.

Great dual nozzle bidet

Amazing product ! I was thinking of buying a bidet for quite some time but was pretty hesitant. I was so wrong to wait ! It shipped very quickly, was super easy to install even for someone not so handy (me) as everything is included in the kit and the explainations are very clear ! Would definitely recommend.
