Love it

Easy to use, and soo easy to clean. I had a ‘stainless steel’ one before this and that was never stainless. This one even if I can anything on it it wipes away like a dream.

Not great

The media could not be loaded. Looks great, but has a problem keeping the toast down the handle, sometimes won’t lock I would not purchase again, and if I had kept the box, I would have returned it

the 7 different settings or whatever seem unnecessary, anything i've tried to toast above 3 ends up burnt, even when frozen, but those first three settings work great for whatever.

Beautiful! But a little concerned about a plastic smell when using

The first one I received was broken so I was a little nervous but I got a replacement and it’s great. Looks beautiful! The bagel button works great. I do notice a slight plastic type smell when I use it but I am thinking maybe that’s because it’s new. Not really sure what that is.

perfect toaster

I bought another toaster here and it fell apart in 30 days, this one is nice and sturdy.

Toast comes out uneven

toast doesn't toast evenly. Part of the toast was not toasted as I have to flip it and retoast for a few more seconds to get the bread completely toasted. Every single time, different breads too.

Pretty and functional

I wanted a white toaster that didn't look too cheap and this one is perfect - the design is simple but lovely and it turns out that it toasts really evenly. Definitely happy with this purchase and will likely get the matching kettle next.

Careful!

We keep this in a drawer under the counter. Every time I use it I pull it out of the drawer by sliding a finger in each slot and pinching as I lift. One time, I banged the toaster against the top of the drawer as I lifted. The razor sharp steel sliced my finger open quite cleanly! Be warned.
