TUBES cannot be used together and fan stops working after a few uses

We do not have a tub, only a shower, so finding toys that our little one can have fun with in a shower is incredibly hard. I read the reviews on these TUBES and decided to give them a chance. For reference, we have a marble-tiled walk-in shower with a glass door. The marble tiles that are along the walls are pretty large, roughly 12"x12" squares, and they are quite flat with very few grooves or veins. The TUBES came in a manufacturer's box, which was nice because they were going to be a gift from Santa. The TUBES come in three different varieties: the largest being a long tube with a funnel on top and bends that you can manipulate(ours was grey); a smaller, fatter tube with an opaque funnel at the top and a solid bottom(ours was peach/coral colored); and another smaller tube with a funnel on the top and a fan in the middle(ours was a light blue). We took them out a few days after Christmas to give them a try, but unfortunately, they don't stick very well. The longest and largest tube only has one suction cup and is too bottom-heavy, so it just kind of turns sideways. It's still fun to use though and surprisingly sticks on the wall and shower door longer than I thought it would. The smaller, fatter tube sticks very well to both the walls and door. The tube with a fan is just disappointing, because of course this is supposed to be the best one, with the most involved action to it, but it doesn't stick longer than 15 seconds, no matter where I put it! I tried wetting the suction cup and wetting the surface, but nothing helped it. It just kept falling off after a few seconds, which of course made our 18-month-old very frustrated. The fan also stopped working after only a few times of use, in one single day. I'm also a little upset that you can't have these tubes interact with each other, meaning water can't flow from one into any of the others, and they can only be used separately. I'm still debating whether I should tape these to our shower walls, or return them.

Doesn't work as well as expected

The tubes feel like very good quality and the suction is good. However the specific functions of each tube don't really work. one is supposed to twist open and close but even when closed the water comes out. another is supposed to spin when you pour water into it but water has to be at a very specific force and angle for it to work. Still happy enough with them to keep. I hope my toddler will not get bored with them too soon.

Easy tub entertainment

These are pretty fun for my toddler. I would say they are for a little bit older kids. My daughter is almost 2 and she really understands that water flows through, but not how to manipulate the pieces.

Bad design

I wanted to love these because I love this brand but the grey pipe is oddly shaped and they all don’t really go together. The water just flows quickly right out of the grey one and there’s no way to configure them to have a cohesive water-flow. Disappointed

Kids love it

8yo & 1yo both love these!

My 8yo and 1yo bathe together and both love these! They suction just fine (as long as you avoid the cracks between tiles), and are easy to adjust. These have given bath time more of a focus on playing with water at the back wall of the tub, rather than splashing water in general, so our bathroom stays much drier! It’s also easier to wash their hair when they’re facing the wall, which they’re happier to do when pouring water through these tubes. Definitely worthwhile! (Only had them for a month, and so far, they are still clean inside, as we let them dry out well after each bath. Will update if they get moldy or anything!)

Nice quality, just fall off a lot

A great addition to the other tubes set

This is such a great addition to our other tubes toy set, and I am just delighted that we found it! The toys from this brand have been either a wild hit, or complete miss, but these tubes stick well, are so much fun for the kids to make elaborate tube mazes out of, and overall keep my almost 5-year-old busy in the bath for over an hour when this is the toy he selects. I definitely would not purchase this as a standalone, I would get the other set. But this is a perfect extension to the other set, so if your kid likes the other set and frequently uses all of them in building, definitely get this one as well and you will see some more elaborate and tall structures.

Brilliant for all ages and really well made

Bathtime has never been so fun for my husband and I, we get to make long runs of tubes (we have three sets), our coloured water (from amazon bath bombs) down them, we really love putting them onto the glass door and watching the water run off. We also love love love to stick one under the tap and watch the wheels whizz really quickly. Obviously our 2 and 5 year olds also love them too but I’m pretty sure my husband and I are getting the most value for money from them!

Fantastic bath toys

My grandson had been playing games on his ipad requiring pipes and water, so when i saw this set i was sure he would love them and he did. Hours of fun. ????

Really fun item.

We bought the other set of these pipes last year and the kid loved them so we bought this set as an addon. Really good product, strong suction to bath side, easy to clean after. Well made and solid items.
