Based on the reviews, I ordered a medium and a small to try. I took photos wearing both. I am 5'8", 129 lbs, long legs (32 inseam minimum for pants and 31" for leggings). A small or size 4 in just about any Calvin Klein bottom normally fits me. These are an oddity. PRO: The fabric is thick enough that you cannot see your underwear (in photos I am wearing nude colored underwear). CON: 1. The rise in both sizes seems high. I am short-waisted but I would think it would be excessive for a normal torso. The rises are: SMALL. Front rise (from crotch to top of waist band) is 9.25", and back is 15.25" (24-1/2" total). MEDIUM. Front rise is 10" and back is 16.25 (26-1/4"total). Since I have a short waist it encases my lower rib cage. 2. The waist band height (from waist seam to top of the band) is wide at 1-3/4" wide (on both sizes). The waistband is construction in double thickness of an already thick fabric, PLUS what appears to be facing or elastic, so the band is very stiff! 3. The waist circumference is large. Measured inside the waistband: SMALL is 30-1/2" MEDIUM is 32-1/2" The color is what I would call a "winter" white ... a soft cream white, not a stark white. The inseam on both measures 29" (crotch to finished hem). This style is meant to be worn as a cropped ankle pant and the bottom hem is NOT supposed to fit snug to the leg. On me they fit like capris. It is very hard to find quality cropped ankle pants for a tall person.

Nice Business Attire
Love, love, love these slacks! I have a Calvin Klein Skirt that is my favorite skirt and despite wearing it A LOT, it has never pilled and the material is just as nice as the day I purchased the skirt. I was hoping to get the same type of material in these slacks and BINGO! Yes! It is the same smooth, great quality material. I initially purchased these in the charcoal color and love them so much that I just purchased another pair in black. I am not sure why some reviews say they run small because they fit me exactly as I would expect. I wear a size 10 in pants, ordered these in a size Large and they fit perfect. The elastic waistband is a high rise, not the mid-rise I normally wear, but it doesn't bother me as I either have untucked tops on, or if I do tuck in the top, I pull it up a little so it's loose and hangs over the waistband. The pants are not tight fitting around the legs like a lot of stretchy pants, which I like. I work in the legal field, wear business attire to work each day and don't like feeling like I'm wearing leggings. They hang well and have a seam down the front, which looks like a pleat and makes the pants look more professional. I'm short ~ 5'3". I wear heels each day (3" - 3.5") and the pants are fine with heels, almost to the floor. If I were any shorter or didn't wear heels, I'd have to have them hemmed. I love that these don't have zippers, buttons, snaps, etc. So easy to put on and so comfortable to wear. My work days often go 12+ hours and it's like I'm wearing sweat pants. I want more colors! I highly recommend the Calvin Klein pants.

Too shiny, thick material that shows everything
So I had high expectations, but was incredibly disappointed. These are basically satin pants. They remind me of those bridesmaid dress where everyone has permanent pit stains down to their waist in 2 seconds, and you can see what they are for dinner - last week. Seriously unforgiving. Good amount of stretch and slipped right on. And then I wanted them OFF! God was displeased looking at myself in these. I think a personal issue which exacerbated the problem was my color choice. The camel did nothing for me, and probably showed more than a darker pant would have. In one image I’m pointing to my belly “pooch” which has a legit shadow under it. From the side, you the shadow disappears, but straight on it’s incredibly unattractive. I tuck a lot of my shirts in for work, and this was not going to work. Not to mention you’d be able to see shirt tails through the pants (see: underwear lines). The material is very thick, but I had clear underwear lines. I wouldn’t risk not wearing underwear bc these pants are thick and I could just imagine my butt sweating and having a gross sweat mark across my rear. Also, these pants like hold marks. They were shipped folded, and had crease marks from that. That’s fine. I could wash them. But I’d be worried abt long term. In the close up, you can see the mark from where they were hung preciously. I did not hang them, so this mark happened sometime before they were folded up and sent to me. My concern would be significant creases at the hip and knees from being seated. And again, these show everything, so a few wrinkles that don’t easily fall out after driving to work would look a hot mess. Also, I do dislike ironing and feel these would need to be ironed every time. Lastly, I liked the fit from the foot up to the knee. After that they got tight across the thigh, groin and butt in an unflattering way. I ordered either a 31 or L (I can’t recall how the sizing worked). All my work pants are 10s or 12s. So a L typically fits. I don’t know if this was a design issue, a sizing mistake on my part, or what. They did not feel particularly tight, but I feel like they looked tight. They were comfortable. I wouldn’t size up because the waist was good. There was a small gap in the back, and a size larger would be too big.

Good for tall people! Opaque, comfortable, cute.
I got the xl white cropped pants and they are awesome! The cut looks nice, it is comfortable, I can dress it up or down, and it doesn’t make me look like I have a belly (which I do). They’re thick enough that you can’t see through the white pants. I tested it by wearing black underwear and going outside in the brightest part of the day and having my bf look as I slowly turned around 360 degrees to see if he could see my black underwear through the white pants in bright light, and nope, they’re opaque enough. I liked the cropped length too. I am tall and they are long enough to wear cute boots or cute sandals, which is amazing since almost everything is too short on me (I usually wear a 36” length in pants). Good for tall people!

Very nice dress pants
This pants is dressy and wear it to work, out to dinner or special occasion. Wear with neutral colour underwear. Material is not thin and the colour is cream not off white. Very nice pants.

Nice for pull on pants
These are decent pull on pants they do not feel like they are spectacular quality but for the price I paid I am happy. I normally wear a size 14. I know that my legs/ hips are larger than my waist and like most pull on pants I have room in the waist and they are snug on my legs. I like that they are machine washable. I would have given 5 stars if the fabric was thicker

So happy to find pants like this. The waist band is super comfy and keeps everything in without feeling constricting. I don’t love that there is a seam down the front, but am so happy with the fit, and maybe it helps them look dressier. The only thing that would make this pant better is if it had pockets (though think it would ruin the fit)
