Makes a quick change possible . . . But, there is a drawback.

My camp stove connection to a 1lb propane bottle leaves the bottle dangling in the air when I use my Coleman Camping Kitchen. With this hose, the dangling is no longer an issue. Although it is possible to prop the bottle on the netting under the table, if change out becomes necessary this hose facilitates and expedites the change. It is a great device to make the camping life easier and less stressful particularly when attaching stoves or grills to a 1lb propane bottle. CAUTION: The 1lb bottle must be empty before disconnecting the hose. Otherwise, the propane remaining in the hose will be expelled under pressure.

Camco products are always worth it.

Camco makes good quality products. I've used a variety of them putting together a camping trailer and have no complaints about any of them. Well worth the price.

Purchased this item in July 2016 and used it 1 time for 3 days. On our 2nd weekend out this hose delaminated in three separate areas. There are three large bulges in the outer casing. I do not believe it is safe to use in this condition. If the hose bursts, propane would be released and could cause injury.
