Telescoping Handle for Hard to Reach Areas

I use the telescoping handle for every use. It's easy; just pull out and twist. The handle is strong and the wool end is soft. Makes dusting the light fixtures easy and does the job without damaging the glass or pushing anything out of place. Removes cob webs and dust easily. I also use it for high ledges. I can bend the wool portion to a angle and reach the ledges. I'm pretty happy with this tool so far, it's working without any problems and I paid a little more to get a sturdy handle. Seems good.

Sufficient. But, you get what you pay for.

So. There is a ceiling fan on a 20ft ceiling that I don't think has been cleaned. Ever. There is an overlook on the second floor of the house that gets me within 7 or 8 feet of this fan (which means I can see how wretched nasty the fan is). I looked at the long-reach dusters on Amazon, and to get a "proper" telescoping duster would be quite expensive. I decided to take a chance on this guy. It's not bad at all. It is clearly just barely sufficient, in terms of build quality. I mean, the pole is just barely sufficient tensile strength for a horizontal reach of the full length. The duster is barely sufficiently secure on the end of the pole. And so on. Notice, I am not saying it is in any way INSUFFICIENT, I am saying, this is just barely sufficient. Which is, I think, good, given the price point; I frankly expected an insufficient product. You will want to be careful with it, you will definitely want to avoid putting undue pressure on it, and it will certain snap off right away if you, say, run into a wall with it. With appropriate carefulness, however, I expect this thing to be just fine to clean a ceiling fan or two a couple times per year, and to hold up.

Fantastic cleaning aide

Agghh, the downfall of living in an old farmhouse, there is no shortage of dust. Throw in a cat and country living, well you get the idea. Weekly dusting is a must and if I am being honest, daily dusting would be even better. This Casabella chenille hand duster has become my new favorite cleaning tool. A bright orange that grabs dust and doesn't let go. Everything from furniture to lamps to beadboard walls, it works. It measures15.5" long with a 6.5" x 8" head, fits securely on the handle and is machine washable, no fabric softener and let air dry. Highly recommended.

Its great!

I have always dusted with a rag and this is actually better/easier/faster. Love it! Now im going to look for a "detail" duster to go with it cause its not able to get into tiny spaces (lamps, detailed pic frames, etc). And it really hangs onto the dust!

Best Duster Ever!

I now own three of these which I keep in various places around the house. It is the best duster I have ever had. It picks up the dust and keeps it on the duster instead of pushing it into the air or onto the floor. And then you can just take it off the handle and pop ii into the wash to clean it so it is ready for the next time you need it. I just bought one for a gift for my daughter because it really makes life so much easier when you can dust so quickly and easily. I have tried many others and even disposable ones, but this one is by far the best!

Inexpensive, washable, and effective. The handle and head both seem to be of high quality. I expect this duster to last a long time. Mine arrived grey instead of orange, which is fine.

Does what you need it to do!

Love this duster! Works great and picks up dust quite well. The handle is a little short but otherwise it works well. I love that it is washable!

The one I got was grey instead of orange, which is fine, but I was surprised it didn't match the photo. Other than that, works great, dust clings to it quite well. Did a good job on my keyboard and my computer screen, which I've been struggling with for a little while.
