Love this cooling pack!
It is made for shoulders but we have used them for so many reasons the main drawback that I have had in the past is that I had one start to leak. But the ones I have had most recently have stayed together good. Helping to keep food cold when not in use and when needed helps keep things cooled for a good while. And is easily rolled up again to be put back in the freezer.

I bought 2 of these so that I always have one ready to wrap around my broken ankle. They work great, molding to my ankle and foot perfectly. They're also great for neck and shoulder, or lower back pain.

It's big enough to cover my hip
I have a greater trochanter bursitis and my Physical Therapist siggested I get this cold pack as it is big enough to cover the hip and the line down to my knee. The only negative I have is that it can slip off because it is so smooth. I find wrapping it in a dishtowel halps keep it in place.

stays cold a long time but seams crack
I purchased one a few months ago. The cold staying power was super, but a seam cracked so I ordered another. I duct taped the cracked seam to prevent the contents from extruding and kept using it even after the second one arrived. Now, after six weeks of use, the corner seam of the new one has cracked. I have been extra careful about keeping the pad flat when in the freezer so I don't think my particular use has caused the seam failure. It is too late to return them so I will duct tape the second seam failure keep using them as they are the best at staying cold over an hour or so.

Best ice pack ever!
I have collected a lot of ice packs over the years and now that I this one, those have all gone into the trash. Purchased on a recommendation from a PT therapist pre back surgery, I used this my entire recovery and it was amazing! It is large enough to cover the area I need, stayed soft and flexible. Maintains its coldness for a long time and get cold fast. A must have for any household.

High quality, durable, holds its temperature well
This is my second Chattanooga ColPac. The first still works; we just needed a second. I've had the first one for a couple of years and it is still in new condition. This seems to be the same material and I expect it to last as well. Recently I had to ice two different areas of my body. The ColPac worked well for the first area (18 minutes) and was still cold enough for me to use it for the second area (another 18 minutes).
