Perfect!

I love this warmer! Used it for our Easter brunch and it worked perfectly to keep things warm. Highly recommend this item, however, shipping was poor because the item was not well packaged. The boxes arrived in the product box and not an additional Amazon box. Because of that, the box was damaged both times they shipped to me, and the first time the warmer was broken. They did send a replacement right out.

Good product but be careful cleaning

This worked really well. I used it for as nacho bar. if you want it to melt the cheese, you will need to add the cheese at least 3 hours prior to serving. There is one con. I severely cut my finger while cleaning after use. The lip on the pans are not closed on the back and when washing I badly cut my finger. The pans are metal and the lip of the pan is folded over but not completely so it is a cut hazard.

Lightweight

I think this kept the food warm for Super Bowl party, but honestly not so sure. I liked the different compartments. It is super light weight as in the metal trays and especially the cheap plastic lids. Let's say do not plan to put lids in dishwasher or they'd warp and melt they are so thin.

Exactly what I needed

My husband and I were entertaining some friends for Christmas Eve and I needed something to keep food warm. This worked perfectly! I put the meats in the pans and kept on low. Everything stayed warm and tasty throughout dinner. Cleanup was a breeze! It does seem a little flimsy, but for the price and the fact it was staying on my kitchen counter and wouldn't be moved, I really can't complain. It did what I needed at an affordable price.

dont slice your finger on the underside of the warming containers

I used it for warming. The tray is fine. The containers for warming are metal whose edges are poorly tucked in so when washing if you touch anywhere near the edge you will slice your finger. If it were easier to get this info to the product seller, I would urge them to improve this feature. It is extremely shoddy finishing to have this risk.

Perfect size

I love the smaller size. I have larger heating elements for larger gatherings, but have been looking for something smaller when I want to keep food warm for awhile for just my family. This fits my needs perfectly.

Keep foods hot

We used this for a lunch buffet breakfast and put ham and bacon it the trays. Two trays are quite small but you can pile high the food in it once you remove the top. Love you can adjust the temperature. Do recommend to buy

Very practical

Works well. Only downside was that one of the handles broke when I picked it up and their website doesn’t have a parts replacement list.
