Well made, but run long

Great design and well made, but run pretty long (seems like about 1/2 size). Also run kinda narrow, so if you’re on the edge, don’t be scared to order wide.

great boot, if it would fit - size 12

I wear size 12 (or 46 when buying Clarks). I owned 2 pair of the predecessor to this boot called Clarks Men's DeSoto for many years. Those boots were awesome and i was ready for a fresh pair. This boot looks very similar but the length of the zipper has been changed, or at least its not long enough for the larger sizes. I was unable to get more than 1/3 of my foot into the boot. Returned them to local Kohls 15 minutes later. If the zipper was longer, then maybe. But this boot is not wearable in size 12. Personally, i have no interest in ordering size 13 or 14 just to get my foot in the boot. I don't know how many stars to give but 2 seems about right.

Easy entry

I have pretty severe neuropathy in my feet. I needed a boot that was easy to get into and warm for the winter including snow. This Clarks boot is ideal for my needs.

High quality boots

I’ve bought this boot type from Clark’s for years, and this latest iteration is yet another outstanding addition. The soles are good on ice and snow, the zippers are very convenient for those of us who are lazy, and they are truly waterproof. I will say, they fit a touch looser at the opening than previous versions, but nothing concerning.
