They are not waterproof

These shoes are very small. I sized up 1/2 size and went from normal width to a wide. They are comfortable and seem fairly well constructed however do not step into a puddle that goes over the bottom rubber lip where it glued onto the fabric. It was an automatic soaker. I was nowhere near the laces just the bottom rubber where it means the shoe. They are damp proof but definitely not waterproof

Light weight hiking sneakers

These are very comfortable & light weight sneaker boots. I wanted something to use when traveling & these fit my objective.

Runs a whole size too small.

Size 10.5 felt like squeezing into a 9.5, wearing thin socks! Sizing is off.

Took a risk in ordering this pair and I am really happy with my decision

I have alot of issues with my feet which means that I have to have wide shoes because any pressures kills me with the pain. I actually went to a store and they didn't have any wide shoes and I only had 3 weeks before going on my trip. I needed shoes that will help walking around on snow and ice and I am happy to say that they are great. I paired them with ANTSANG Merino Wool Hiking Socks and I don't feel any weather.

Son buenos pero pierden impermeabilidad

Not waterproof, poor quality

I work at a large dog rescue and I needed comfortable waterproof shoes. I ordered my size, but they were to tight. I had to order a half size up. Both sets of shoes had glue along the soles and seemed cheaply made. The shoes are comfortable and light so I can wear them all day. The downfall is that they are not waterproof. I did one dog bath and my feet were soaked. The mesh area definitely let's water in. I kept them because I'm impatient and I didn't want to return for a second time. They cost too much to just end up being regular shoes.

Narrow, well balanced and comfortable

I have worn Salomon's for years and have found them to be perfectly constructed for my feet. I have a narrow foot, which is one reason I have stayed with the brand. Although they are narrow in the heel and arch, the ball and toe space is wide enough for my bunion and toes. The boots are lightweight but still have a good support of the ankle and heel. No break-in period, I put them on and wore them all day the first day.

True to size, exactly as shown

These are my first pair of Columbia shoes, very impressed. Look exactly as shown & comfortable as soon as I put them on.

Strange fit

I am on a quest for wide-fitting hiking shoes/boots. I could not even get my foot into this shoe. Wide? I don't think so... they are very padded inside. Returned immediately.

Not worth the price

Can get better products in market at this price range. Total disappointment. Price is way too high for any specific reason / extra feature.

They have proven to not be waterproof *at all* from the get-go, threads are coming apart, material now has holes in it after wearing for about 2 months. Now I have to mail them to Columbia for a credit note that will take 4-6 weeks. These are not well made hikers. Really disappointing quality -- too bad b/c they're super comfortable. I got a women's 8W (they fit large, usually wear 8.5).
