As you would expect from an OEM brand filter

While this is the official OEM branded filter for the Coway Airmega 150, for less than $50 at the time of this review, it's a bargain considering the True Green HEPA lasts a full year and comes with two charcoal filters to replace every 6 months - everything you need for your Airmega 150 as part of your annual filter replacement plan. I wouldn't say the same if the HEPA filter had to be replaced every 3 months like the Levoit Air Purifiers (mine costs close to $55), but as once per year replacement, it's a bargain.

Not like many others, this filter is made in Korea where has the highest standards when it comes to air care products.

Keine Kohlefilter im Gitter

Kurz: Es kommen für das Geld 2 KohlefilterMATTEN (Nicht mehr Steinchen im Gitter) und EIN GreenHEPA (Sieht aus wie der im neuen Gerät). Das Ganze kommt aus den USA und bei mir per Hermes. War 5 Tage früher da, also ca. 2 Wochen Lieferzeit. Ob Zoll anfällt weiß ich bisher noch nicht, die melden sich meist ja per Brief. Es klang eigentlich so, als würde das nicht passieren. Man ist gespannt. Dass man nur KOHLEFILTERMATTEN bekommt enttäuscht mich. Das Gerät ist okay (Mein Erstes) für den Raucherraum. Den GreenHEPA musste ich mit warmen Wasser waschen und trocknen, da er immens nach Plastikluft roch beim KAUF mit dem Gerät. Hat sich für Atemnot geeignet. Danach war aber alles gut. Mal gucken ob das bei dem hier auch so sein wird. Hersteller empfahl eine Woche laufen zu lassen bis Geruch verschwindet, das wäre höchstens im Garten möglich. Achtung wer zu Asthmaanfällen neigt vor dem gründlichen Waschen des Hepas. Vorsicht es tritt etwas Schaumiges aus beim Waschen, evtl. HANDSCHUHE ANZIEHEN. Eine Rückerstattung wäre das mindeste. Die Hepafilter stinken noch nach Wochen der Lüftung... Nicht benutzbar!!!

This filter is NOT like the original filter and it is NOT as described...

If your filter set had the green hepa filter and the plastic famed activated charcoal filter where the granules were visible inside the filter, then this is not the filter set that came with your air purifier. This set has the green filter, but the odour filter is two black sponge like panels, not the hard framed charcoal filter. Also, the advertisement on Amazon claims they filter 99.99% of particles down to 0.1 micron. The filter set I received filters 99.97%, down to 0.3 microns. It says this right on the box. False advertising. Beware.
