Get It Off Quickly
Read all the reviews about sizing and difficulty getting it off and decided to give it a try anyway for swimming laps in a cool pool. Got a size bigger than the chart indicated for my weight and it arrived within 36 hours. Got it on easily and it fit snugly, the way a wetsuit's supposed to. When I got in the pool and started swimming, at first I was floating on top of the water but as the suit let in some water I swam (all four strokes + sidestroke) and turned just as normal. No constriction or rubbing, and while it regularly let in a little water (again, as it's supposed to) I was perfectly warm at the end of my 45 minute swim. Trying to get it off, though, was almost as hard as the workout. While I'm in my 70s, I do yoga and swim daily so I'm pretty limber, but getting both shoulders off was a bear. Once I finally got that accomplished, there was a little hold up at the elbows, but it was OK. Reached out to other buyers and got suggestions like getting a bigger size (since it fit perfectly I really didn't want to do that) pulling it off with a back scratcher (was afraid that could rip it) and using baby oil on the shoulders (wasn't sure what that would do over time to the wetsuit material). Then someone suggested putting on an Under Armour type shirt underneath. I had a short sleeve sun shirt lying around and tried it this morning. Worked like a charm! Slid much more easily over the shoulders and I was out of the suit in less than a minute rather than the 4-5 minutes previously. I had watched a lot of videos and talked to my surfing sun-in-law who recently got a front zip (zips across the chest) wetsuit, and realized that front zip suits in general are notoriously difficult to get out of, so there's nothing uniquely wrong with this suit, it's just the nature of the beast. So when you order the suit just plan to plunk down $15 or so for a sun shirt and you'll be fine. And since the company doesn't seem eager to change its size chart, order a size larger (or two?) than your indicated weight and enjoy! (I'm 5'10" and 155 lb, and got a Large)

Delivery was fine (week or so) etc
Okay, I'm giving it only 2 stars... I may change that, but it will depend on how Cressi responds to a problem in the workmanship of the suit. Here's the scoop: I bought it July 4, 2014. Delivery was fine (week or so) etc. Looked over the suit. Have been using it nearly daily at Barton Springs and treat the suit with utmost care. It's never even touched the ground. Okay, so I noticed this morning Aug 18, 2014 a small hole where the red fabric and seam meet on left thigh beginning to develop. Looks like the red fabric was barely attached to the substantial and well-crafted seam and has worked itself free thru use, and it's only going to get bigger at this point. I've contacted the company because as I think we can all agree, the suit should last longer than a month without a hole developing, especially given how gentle I am on it. Okay, having said all that... I really do love the suit. It fits me perfectly. I'm female, 5'9", 126-130 and purchased a medium. I'll give the company some time to respond and if they don't replace it, I'll keep the 2 star rating. If they address my issue then I'll come back and update y'all, and let you know that Cressi is great. Peace. UPDATE: okay, sorry Cressi for the delay on the update: Cressi made good and replaced, though they charged me for shipping the old suit back to them. I had to jump thru some hoops, but they gave me a new suit and works well. I

Make dure you get what you did order...
Did order the Cressi Playa flex size M but the wet suit was delivered size L, Also I did notice that some of the glue by the seams and zipper already is wearing off....

Well made, but small.
My Cressi just came today and I thought I'd add another data point to the sizing issue with these suits. I heeded the warning of other reviewers and ordered what I thought was a size up. For the record: I'm 70" tall, 185#, chest 42 and waist 34. According to the Cressi sizing charts I'm pretty much a "tweener" between XL and XXL. I ordered the XXL and the suit fits literally like a glove. The material is slightly stretched to fit around my trunk and to reach up to my shoulders, but feels pleasantly snug like a wetsuit should feel. I'd be curious what an XXXL would be like, but I'm keeping this one. A warning! Don't climb into this thing unless there is someone handy to get you out when you are done. No way I could have done it myself.....five minutes of flailing around like a penguin and I was a sweaty mess....until my wife rescued me. In general, the suit appears to be well made and very attractive. I'll update after it gets some use.

Very hard to remove by yourself
This wetsuit appears to be of good quality. Unfortunately, I cannot test this since I ignored comments about the difficulty in removing this wetsuit by yourself. I figured I could handle it. I couldn't. the item went on quite easily and zipped up without any effort. However, taking it off ( without assistance) is quite difficult, almost impossible. It took me almost 15 minutes to get it off. So if you do opt for a front zip wetsuit, make sure you always have someone available to assist you in removing it. That said, it is a good looking wetsuit and should serve the right person well if they have someone there to help them take it off.

Go up 2 sizes from chart!
I ordered this to replace a full wetsuit that was returned. After reading reviews I went up two sizes and it fits well. I normally wear a medium but went up to XL and it fits, snug as it should be but not too tight as to strangle you. I like the front zip as I can get in and out by myself, and it keeps me warm enough in the spring conditions of north Florida. This one I got was made in Cambodia for an Italian company, it is well made and should hold up for what I use it for, and nothing lasts forever anyway! I just wish sellers would give realistic sizes so we don't have to keep returning clothing items that are all too small compared to the sizes listed. I gave four stars as the size charts are not accurate for American buyers.

Can't fault it.
I have worn it twice now in the sea (Wales) and find it excellent. Can't fault it. Easy to put on, it is comfortable, unrestrictive and performs really well, allowing me to stay in the water far longer than I would without it. I had misgivings about a front zip, in case it let in water around the throat area, but went for it specifically for that lower neck, thinking it would be more comfortable than a back zip, which tend to make me feel choked. And so it is, and it doesn't leak at all. Brilliant! And superbly constructed. Worth every penny. Now as to sizing, I agree with those reviewers who advise ordering a size larger, although I would also advise to carefully study the sizing chart. After doing so, I ordered a large, despite the fact that for everything else I've ever worn for the past forty years medium has always been a perfect fit. With this wetsuit though, large is a perfect fit. As for the other reported problem, taking the thing off after swimming, I have to concur. The first time, it took me so long I was on the verge of walking across the beach to ask a complete stranger to help--I thought I was going to have to go home in it and cut myself out of it! The second time was a bit easier. As with most things, there's a certain knack to it (I hope!). But I do think you need to be pretty flexible around the shoulders. If you're not, make sure not to go alone to try it out! Anyway, for me, the choice between this and an easy-to-get-off-but-choking back zip is a no brainer. All in all, a great product and great value for money. Oh yes--and for you beach posers out there, it also looks pretty cool.

Very misleading size chart.
The wetsuit is much as expected and looks very fit for purpose although I have yet to try it. I have used Cressi fins before and they proved very good. However, the size chart is completely misleading although I did believe it despite other people’s comments on the subject. I ordered the correct size for my height and weight according to the chart which was ‘small’. As I usually take a small in all clothing purchases this seemed correct. Two returns later I have ended up with a ‘large’ which allegedly can fit someone 16kg heavier than me and 14 cm taller! I would suggest you try using the waist and chest sizes given rather than weight and height as these may give a better guide or order at least one size larger than the one for your height and weight.

Good fit, looks great
Followed the sizing instructions carefully and it fits snugly. With the variation in body shapes it's inevitable that it won't be perfect (I'm tall and thin, so a Large pulls a bit on my shoulders while a bit loose around the chest). But I don't really notice it once I'm wearing it, and it looks great on too. Warm enough in a freezing cold unheated outdoor pool on a cloudy day.

Sehr zufrieden ...
Was ihr perfekt passt.
