Perfect work boot for me.

These boots fit perfectly right out of the box with 0 break in time. I wore these for an 8 hr volunteer event the day after they arrived. I was moving bails of hay and mucking stalls so there were plenty of opportunities for typical discomfort with any type of new boot. I would recommend Amazon try before you buy. I am usually an 8.5 in any shoe/boot but the 7.5 fit like it was made for me. The only thing I changed after that first day were the insoles because I have high arches. Also make sure you wear high socks, I got a little chafed on my calves. Those were the only 2 discomforting aspects about these things I have experienced and I am writing this review 1 month after purchase. The quality of these is outstanding and YouTube reviews say they are "bargain" boots. Oh they are totally waterproof like they say, I stepped in a 8" puddle and didn't get wet. They look as great as they preform!!!! They clean up easy aswell. I was worried because another guy on here said he received a pair that should not have been sold and were crappy and stiff his entire time owning them so watch out for that. I highly recommend them because they are great and their look is simple, efficient and that makes them classic and elegant.

Fits good and as expected

Not want I wanted

Heavy clunky boot lined in thick material. I sent them back because feet would sweat unless you're working in the cold alot. Picture shows a more pointed boot but really they are more a round toe boot.

No Real Protection!

The "composite toe work safety shoes", the safety toe on these boots offer no real protection unless I received the wrong boots. The "tip" of these boots has a lining/padding, but it isn't made out of any composite materials used on safety shoes that I've ever seen, it offers no real protection in the event of an incident. Other than that, they fit and feel real well, comfortable and stylish.

Snug fitting Western style boot

They look very nice for a Western style boot. They are a little on the snug fitting side and they are not very comfortable for walking. They may be better after a chance for my feet to get used to them. The pull-on straps are very good.

Real nice out of the box

I got these for a pair of work boots. Composite toe is nice, tread is great and the fit was perfect right out of the box. Been wearing them for a couple weeks now and they definitely get the job done. I can feel the fabric that has peeled from the inserts when I walk and the fabric around the heel cup might be coming loose. Not waterproof like advertised but all and all it's a good boot, just a little expensive for needing care after only a couple week of occasional light yard work. I will get some new inserts and snow seal them to waterproof which is going to mess up the soft, suede look and feel of the leather but I require waterproof boots when I'm out in the woods and field in the morning.

Horrible boots, should have sent them back

I don't know why I kept these boots. I was hopping the good reviews where right. The most comfortable boot they ever wore?? I tried breaking them in, used mink oil to try and loosen them up. Not so much. Like the bad reviews say The right boot seems smaller then the left They are definitely not wide even though it says they are. The liners want to come out every time you try to get them off (need a shoe horn or somehow jam your hand in to push it down. Absolute junk, should have just stuck with a combat style boot, doc Martin or something else. Total waste of money.
