Everything included, product quality mixed

I ordered this package for a New Year's party of about 25 people. Everything was included in the package as promised, and all of the products were of decent quality - except for the party hats. They were the most oddly shaped (and randomly pieced) together party hats I have ever seen. I assumed they were all going to be cones, like every other party hat I've seen. Some had a a flat brim (??), some were misstapled, some had weird flat triangles on top of the "cone". I didn't get it. Serpentines peeled apart easily and made beautiful decorations (I hung them from the ceiling).

Great New Year's Eve hats, blowers and toys!

I sent these items to friends around to country to wear and use when we met virtually on New Year's Eve. Great fun to see everyone decked out in their hats and tiaras!

Okay

One of the 10 hats was a completely different shape/design than the others. I looked as if had been thrown in there from some other kit. I would have been okay if maybe several were odd shaped, but there was only one not like the others, it clearly looks like a mistake or an example of questionable quality control. Overall, I'm okay with the rest--the noise makers make noise, the tiaras weren't bent, etc, and together it all makes our office conference room look festive for our fiscal year celebration.

Fun NYE Props

These are an assorted lot of hats, noise makers and plastic leis. Fun for our party - particularly the kids. The tiaras are difficult to keep on as per usual with this type of tiara.
