Where Is My Refund?

I returned this product via the UPS Store in September 2022. It is now 11/23/2022 and I have still not received my refund. Their was nothing wrong with the product but just too big to fit my vent.

Not strong enough to support any real weight.

This grate looks great! I got it to cover a cold air return in the floor that had an old wood grate with pieces missing. This looks like it belongs with the house (the house was built in the 1940's) but it doesn't appear to be strong enough to hold any real weight. I bought two - they came fast and were easy to install.

Colors not accurate, sizing off

I ordered the antique brass and was sent silver instead. The sizing is also off and is not the same as a standard vent cover

Love It

I repainted my home office, and the old air return plate was white and just stood out too much against the darker painted wall background. So I decided to buy this and give it a try. It's perfect. It was easy to install and fit perfectly, and the color is much better for the room. Now the return air vent does not stand out and is not so noticeable, but if you do look at it, you understand what it is and why it is there and it looks good.

Inaccurate size

The measurements are inaccurate I thought what I was purchasing was for the overall size plate not the inner design of the plate with inches surrounding adding to the size. This made for the incorrect size and due to this being for a Reno that was delayed the return window was missed. Also very cheap looking and in quality. Very flimsy and best to save your money and purchase on in store you can see and be sure of measurements for.
