Looks good

Easy to install, but you have to have the multichoice body installed properly. Once you have that set up and your shower wall in place goods together easily. Trim all looks good and seals up nicely, but put some clear silicon around the valve and spout anyway. Not sure what else you can say other than everything but the multichoice valve body is included, and the finish looks great.

Needed a longer arm for shower

First purchase came damaged. We realized by then that the arm was too short for our shower, so we needed to buy a longer arm to place the shower head. Second box came alright, but check for every piece before calling your plumber. Once installed, it looks amazing in our boys bathroom.

Does Not Regulate Temperature

We purchased this faucet specifically because it said that it regulates temperature but it absolutely does NOT work. Then to make matters worse after only a few months of using this faucet it is leaking. This is a terrible faucet that was more expensive then so many others. We paid more because we wanted the shower temperature to remain constant even during toilet flushing or other faucets being use. This was exactly used for the description but it definitely doesn't deliver. This was a very expensive faucet to only get a few months use out of it before it starts leaking and we need to replace it. Very disappointing. Save your money and buy a different faucet.

Low quality and broken part, concern on future damage and leakage

I was so happy to find this faucet as it has all functionality I needed, but it delayed the construction as it's instruction is not enough and it has broken part. The small screw to fix this to the pipe to install faucet was damaged and can't fix it when we get the part. I really want to return as my contractor is saying some parts are even made out of plastic! But the entire tile work was done, and can't replace it. I urgently order the replacement parts from Amazon as I need to get the replacement to finish the work and Delta will not help on Sunday! Please let me know if there's any metal replacement part to use longer without any concern on leaking by damaging the plastic part.
