Under whelmed
"Rechargeable" means two rechargeable batteries came with the headphones. The charging port is also port for auxiliary audio input, so can't charge and listen. Btw, the earmuffs do not come with an auxiliary cable. Thought that's a little cheesy. There is only an AM and FM switch. No switch for mp3. To listen to your iPod, turn the volume switch on low or you will hear the radio and your iPod at the same time. Even though the iPod comes in clearly, I get radio interference often.

Batteries do not hold the charge or the charging cords do not work.
These headphones would not hold a charge. I called the manufacturer to make sure I was doing it right. I returned this set and Amazon sent me another. Same problem. I use the headphones to listen to music when mowing and working in the yard. I have decided to just keep replacing the batteries with disposable ones. I would not recommend purchasing this item if you expect to be able to recharge your batteries.
