Good Fit and Durable

My husband has been looking for a very specific pair of shorts made by Dickies for quite some time and couldn’t find them. I have a feeling they don’t make them anymore. They’re plaid and come in a variety of colors. He liked them for the pockets and comfort. But the ones he had wet too big and starting to fall apart. I found these and suggested them and since Amazon has the try before you buy I told him to do it that way. If he didn’t like them we can just return them and it’s not a big deal. The first pair he got was the wrong size, so he got a size smaller. But he knows if he goes smaller they’ll be way too small. Cause he says they don’t quite fit exactly to what you would call “to size”. He does like the fit tho with what he has. Size 32, and the inseam is fine. He also says the fabric is comfortable and is great in replacement for the other pair he’s been searching for. He likes the pockets for his wallet and keys. So overall I think they work well we ended up buying 2 more pairs. And he wants 1 more in a different color. He has 1 in brown, navy and black. So he’ll pick out another pair in a different color.

No zippers!!

I love the shorts. But in the description it says "multi use zipper pockets" and there 0 zipper pockets. There are 2 normal L and R side pockets, 2 back pockets and a front pocket for a wallet, phone, etc.

Great Shorts!

Light weight, fit great and look fantastic. I have other Dickie shorts but my waist size sits between two standard sizes so they either fit a bit too tight and a bit too loose. These Hybrid shorts have some stretch in the waist so I can get the smaller waist size and they fit perfect. They also look better than the traditional cotton cargo style shorts. Hope they wear well over time, but so far they are my favorite shorts.

Great Fit & Quality - Extra Pocket Questionable

Great fit, great quality. The fifth pocket somewhat obstructs the regular right pocket though. It would be better if it was lower or more to the side, not overlapping the standard right pocket. That is how their work shorts are made, and I like it way better.

Great shorts BUT…

Great shorts, lightweight and thin yet durable. Wet spots on the shorts are very visible. Only problem is if you have a sweaty butt like myself the sweat shows almost immediately.

Best Shorts Ever

These shorts are perfect for the really hot days in a warehouse with little airflow. Keeps you cool even in the sun. Bought a size bigger because Dickies are always snug n they're a bit big. Buy your actual waist size with these.

Nice fit good value

Ive always worn dickies for work and kick around. This material and design is really great for another look and feel. Great value if the hold up.
