Graduated Bulge Towers are training tools, allowing for progressive dilation of the sphincter, with the gaps between bulges offering a relief of sorts. They can be sat upon, or supported in place with a hand after insertion. Some rarer variants have a long stem which allows the toy to be used also as a plug. Most towers don't. Triple Ripple Large is a tower that enables the user to progress within the realm of medium-sized anal toys. Gently progressing to the third bulge at 63 mm, this tower makes it easy to get used to the fairly significant dilation levels at a very small cost in terms of preparation. Heavy, wide, but not too long -- exactly what I like. Once mastered, it offers a good shot at theBelladonna Magic Hand . Build: -------------------- Triple Ripple features three bulges with two shallow gaps inbetween. The first bulge is 45 mm in diameter. The bulge is half-conical in shape, reminiscent of spade plugs, such asSasha Grey Medium , for example. The first gap is just over 43 mm, and offers a relief stop. At this point 50 mm of length has been inserted. The second bulge expands to 59 mm, or the diameter of the Doc JohnsonClassic Large plug, easing down to a 50 mm gap afterwards. At this point, 84 mm of length has been inserted. This gap is less noticeable than the previous. The last and widest bulge clocks in at 63 mm, still within the mid-medium range for anal toys. The neck which follows the last bulge is 54 mm in diameter. The neck is nearly nonexistent in length, as is the case with most graduated towers, and therefore the toy needs support after the neck is reached, at 124 mm of insertable length. Since the bulge is immediately adjacent to the base, the sphincter will not rest. And that is the whole point of graduated bulge towers. They allow for progress, and keep the insertor dilated once the business is done. In order to provide some perspective, I'll note that the last bulge is only 5 mm narrower than a female hand during insertion, at least judging by the measurements I have performed on theBelladonna Magic Hand toy, modelled after the real organic person. It's nice to know, once you're done. Put another way, the Triple Ripple offers dilation up to 95.5 % of a standard 330 ml can of soda. Almost there, in other words. Being able to take this tower in without much effort means that the insertor has a good shot at the Belladonna. Entry: -------------------- This being a medium-sized toy, the entry is best attempted in stages, and the build of the Triple Ripple assists in reaching that goal. The first bulge can go in without any negotiation. Getting the second in for the first time may be slow, or even tough, but since the first gap is deep enough, one can always return to it for a rest. This is also the only gap that allows for a rest, letting the sphincter to adjust to what lies ahead. All this can be done standing up. If no other toys had been used before the Triple Ripple was inserted, it is a good idea to take it out and relubricate. The key to a succesful insertion is repetition. Getting back to the first gap, and then slowly pushing towards the second bulge will ultimately yield the desired result. The second gap is shallow, and therefore the acquired dilation may feel uncomfortable at first. Therefore, backing off to the first gap will yet again exercise the sphincter, as the second bulge is quite substantial. Several more of such exercises, and at some point the third and last bulge will be within reach. Capture: -------------------- Although there is a neck and a small flared base, this toy is not designed to function as a plug. It will not stay in without support. The point of such a tower is not getting it all in, but dilation training. Therefore, for best results I would recommmend maximizing the number of reinsertions of any number of bulges that is feasible during any given session. Once the last bulge slips in, the dilation will be significant enough, and at that point tightening and relaxing the muscles will prepare one for larger toys. Play: -------------------- The toy is massive, quite heavy, and the wide base will absolutely never bend. Unlike with theSeverin Large , there is no fear that the tower will disappear inside the rectum. These things matter. I usually keep it in place with the palm of my hand, and once I'm confortable with Triple Ripple, I slide it all in and out, completely in and completely out, in one long continuous motion. It not only feels heavenly, but allows me to take on the Belladonna during the same session. Exit: -------------------- There is nothing easier than letting go of a graduated tower. There is no need to pull -- simply pushing the toy from within by means of sheer muscle power will quickly eject the last bulge, at which point the remainder of the toy can be slowly pulled out, or even pushed out with said muscles, like a bullet. The Triple Ripple is very heavy for its diameter, so be careful not to make a dent in the bathroom furniture once it's ejected.
