IT ONLY COMES WITH ONE PIECE / PANEL.
The title of the top review and Q&A reply were extremely misleading! One order only gives you one panel! There were many indications too, but I chose to ignore them because $60+ is a lot of money for a singular curtain. I only ordered a single panel, but I decided to test it out while I have it. In my picture, I have two different curtains from Eclipse. On the left is "PHOENIX" and on the right is "BRADLEY". I bought PHOENIX first for around $15 for two panels, but it was not 100% Blackout as advertised. So I ended up buying BRADLEY. Even though BRADLEY is really pricey ($60+ for one panel), it did completely block out the light from behind it. If I adjust the rods, it'll probably block the light that's leaking through. Overall, I'm happy with the result and will order the other panel soon.

Good curtains unless they've been reformulated. See photo.
(Update 1/12/2022) Amazon had none of the curtains I ordered in stock when I returned them, now after receiving my return they have the exact number I returned in stock, could be a coincidence but look out. (Original Review) I've purchased several of this style of curtain in the past, a few in black and a few in gray. All have completely blocked light from passing through them with the only light coming from the top and bottom, which of course is not the curtains fault, just how my setup is. The last four that I bought however do not in any way block all of the light. By my estimates two of those four allowed about 25% of the light through, the others being only slightly better. See my photo for an example of what I mean. I'm not sure if the manufacturer has changed how they are made, or if someone has been return swapping cheap curtains for the real thing but the RN# on the care tag as well as the rest of the tag and all packaging matched the previous ones I've purchased. I called the manufacturers customer support line to see if I could find out anything but the call went to voicemail and their inbox was full and could not accept messages. I'm returning these four and I'll try finding some elsewhere. In the meantime I would recommend anyone purchasing to try the flashlight test to see what they are getting before you waste time putting them up. One general word of caution is to be very careful if washing these, the backing can come off pretty easy if you are not careful especially if they dry in a clump the backing sticks to itself. Another gripe I have is the stubborn creases in them, but maybe with some finesse you may have better luck than me.

TWO PANELS PER WINDOW - pay attention to English grammar - I didn't.
Excllent product. TOTAL blackout even with afternoon sun directly into the window. This is like PLYWOOD in your window opening. Enough said. NO ODOR, and I can smell farm animals from 50 yards away. I failed to utilize my grasp of English, and ordered 2 panels for 2 windows. My mistake. The "cart" clearly states "Blackout Home Theater Curtain Panel". It doesn't say PANELS. I corrected my mistake with another quick order. This is a chance to suggest we all utilize our language correctly. An athlete is not "6 foot 2". The number "6" is pleural --- and I am 6 FEET and 2 inches tall. I will not buy anything packaged as "3 PAIR for 20 dollars". If a company is too stupid to use proper English, I won't buy. Three PAIRS, and 6 FEET are correct. We have a duty to expose our children to correct language use. If I had paid attention, I wouldn't need another curtain order. The other curtain issue is wrinkles. I expect wrinkles in any fabric packed and shipped. Here is my "take" on wrinkles. When the curtains are closed, the room is generally dark, and they don't show. I use them in a theater setting, and lighting is very dim when the curtains are closed. The ides behind blackout curtains is a dark environment. During "open curtain" time, they are folded and compressed to the sides, and the wrinkles don't show. THAT SAID, I plan to let them hang for a month --- and gently steam them to eliminate any objectonable seams or wrinkles. The Amazon comments tell me not to iron them. FINAL VERDICT --- excellent purchase. $100 per window.

Not blackout, but good enough
I would not call these blackout per se, but they do manage to get the room dark enough that the morning sun does not wake me up any more. Our bedroom has eastern exposure, and the bright morning sun shines directly into the room and instantly wakes me up. I went through 3 other kinds of curtains before trying these, as the other just were not working to get the room to a dark enough level to let me sleep in. Even with these I had to resort to taping them around the windows (but that is more of a function of how my windows are built, not so much how these curtains fall). At night, they are dark enough to eliminate 99% of the street lamps light, you can just barely see the outline of a window. With the bright morning sun, they do keep the room dark enough that you can continue sleeping, but they are definitely not blackout, as I can still see enough to be able to almost read a book. However, when it's cloudy outside, these keep the room pretty dark so falling asleep is super easy. Bottom line, they work well enough, but they do not black out the room like the description calls.

Wonderful, good looking, practical Curtains almost 5 stars... but take note
My husband & I love these curtains for our south facing window in our master bedroom. I was unsure what height I wanted to hand my curtains so I ordered the ceiling length ones (I am a seamstress so shortening them if need be would not be an issue). Upon deciding to hang the curtain rod six inches below ceiling height, I went to hem up the bottoms of the curtains and found the lengths of the two curtains I ordered differing from each other more than 2 inches (closer to three!). As we had a deadline with company coming and a full house I didn't want to mess around with returning the curtains & waiting for replacements. So I hand hemmed the curtains while handing from the rod (so I could get that perfect floor kissing length). The resulting curtains are better than I could have imagined and much better than the machine sewed bottom they came with. I will warn that hand sewing these tore into my hands quite badly as the fabric is dense especially with the rubbery darkening shade backing (much thicker & denser than the blackout lining fabric you can buy at Jo-Ann's). ~Definitely worth the results, just an added pain.

Blackout is okay. Soundproofing not really there.
These curtains aren't the best with sound proofing. I would say there's a very small difference in sound reduction, but nothing very noticeable. I think you might have to double or even triple up the curtain to have any significant sound reduction. As for the blackout, the curtains are just okay. They do make the room much darker, but there is still some light leakage. Overall, kind of a super average product.

which is good since our bedroom faces the street
The curtains are much thinner than I expected... we ended up using both panels as a double layer on our window (fortunately our window was small enough for this to work). Does block light really well, and some sound, which is good since our bedroom faces the street. Overall decent, but I think there are cheaper options available.

Absolutely great. Moved my drum kit into my spare room
Absolutely great. Moved my drum kit into my spare room, really takes away the sound from being heard outside. However it is only a single curtain, not a two set.

No no no
It's not black out and it's see through the light goes throw like no tomorrow if you have problem with sleeping and the light bothers you do not buy it and it's only one panel cuz I asked and they told me it's 2 panels. I got a better one from somewhere else way cheaper and actually 100% blackout
