Looks great; works great!
Does exactly what I needed it to do! I needed to hide some unsightly cords and the space was very small and required a narrow piece of furniture. After finding this, I got a great piece of furniture and my pups got a bed! Win-win! Reading through the reviews, I took a gamble. Please keep in mind that this says ECO, meaning you’re not getting high quality furniture. It’s pieced together with plastic screws. But...it comes together nicely! I spotted one minor bit of damage but no one knows but me. The directions don’t match the assembly exactly. You may think you’re missing a part, but it was actually already assembled (the metal tension rod) and some of the anchors required elbow grease. Nothing that couldn’t be overcome. Overall very happy.

Hardware labeled wrong
So the bed is pretty easy to put together, after you get past the fact that the instructions have the plastic dowel/screws labeled wrong, which had me swearing for a few minutes, and they don't give you the correct amount of screw/dowels to try to identify which is actually which.... pro tip, just try to use the smaller one first, if it catches, use it, if not grab the longer ones, other than that, not a bad dog bed, we will see if our dogs actually use it lol

Heavy emphasis on the word eco folks...Plastic screws. That's not the worst of it...read on!
So as far as packing goes, the packaging came in excellent shape. Non-recyclable syrofoam was used to pad the sides. When one thinks of eco (ecology) those don't mesh. Ok let's move on. I took items out and did an inventory. I was stuck on piece one missing. It took me a while, but when I looked at the manual and matched all pieces together I noticed that seven was mounted on to part one. Was this on purpose or was this used? Egh, it's done...we'll count it as a win. Let's go! I got stuck on part 4, where a hole was not drilled. I tried to drill the hole but did not want to risk damaging the product so I stopped there. The items is ready for pickup and picks of the screws and I guess un-drilled hole shown. Tips for company - Quality Assurance! It looks like you checked the item or maybe pieces come connected, look for the holes too! Also - suggestive- Drop the eco...there is nothing eco about this product. There's plastic, syrofoam and this is made with particle board. I'd label it FuncFLEX given it is functional and with the parts it would mesh very well with the name. The UPS guys just LOVES me and my returns :-P

No quality control
For the price, quality control did not follow through with their job.When I contacted the company I got a reply only to the replacing of damaged parts, I guess we live in a time where taking responsibility does not exist. So if you are looking for a quality product for your hard earned money look somewhere else.

So cute but….
I got this for my 2 King Charles Cavaliers to use when I am not home. Opened the box, had all the parts, followed instructions, got to step 10 and it just broke off. No force just snapped. Hate if this had happened to my girls and hurt them. Total piece of garbage. Just printed the return code.& label! Disappointing!

Do not buy!
Poor quality product. We received a damaged bed and it took about a month to receive the replacement part. The material the dog beds are made from split quite easily. Ours was split from hinge to hinge in addition to another part of the bed being damaged. You can see from the pictures the handle is broken and you can see the panel is broken through where the screw goes in. Customer service is not very helpful as well. It’s a great idea just extremely poor construction. The beds were totally unusable and we were unable me to receive a refund. I would definitely not buy this product.
