They serve their purpose

I bought them to wear with my 70’s costume. They look good. However, I am 51 and they don’t have any support and they aren’t very comfortable..I’ve only tried them on, haven’t worn them to the 70’s party yet. The shaft is very very tight on my legs. I’m 5’’6 150 lbs and bought a size 8. I normally wear a 7.5-8. I have room in the foot area but don’t think I could even fit toothpick between the boot shaft and my leg. Almost can get it zipped.

Perfect

I use these for my classic/Halloween WV Scarlet Witch Cosplay. I wore these two days in a row while working a booth at a convention and they were pretty comfortable when it’s heels we are considering. I was on my feet for a long time and I wasn’t in pain. They fit really well and we’re exactly what I was looking for. If a character I cosplay in the future needs boots like this I’ll be getting them!

Super comfy

I’m a 6.5, ordered a 7 and they fit perfectly.. way more comfortable than expected and good quality for the price… so excited to wear them 70’s night next week and expect to be doing a whole lot of dancing

Good for the price

I ordered a 1/2 size up. I have large calves and it was a little tight on my upper calves and I had room to put an installed in the shoe part for more comfort.

Disappointed

This pr this product was to be used for a fancy dress. The boots were fabulous. Unfortunately size was not accurate. I ordered a UK6 and received a UK3

Not friendly for larger calves

Let me preface this review by saying these boots look amazing, but the only downside is that they are super tight around my calves. The largest point on my calves is about 16.5"-17" around, and I STRUGGLED getting these zipped up. I was able to get the zipper up after fighting with it for a while, and the material stretched out enough to work for me. I also really wish that half sizes were available. I ordered a size 8 and 9, and I'm swimming in a nine but the size 8 has my toes touching the end. I'm able to modify the size 9 to have it fit my foot better, but these boots were still a hassle to get them to work.

The ultimate 60s dream!

I absolutely adore these shoes! I am so glad I was finally able to put my hands on a pair of gogo boots that are solid and beautiful. For a first pair, they are pretty amazing to me. I have used them for my gogo dance lessons and will soon make an appearance on stage! Size is just right, the material is not too uncomfortable and they will totally transport you back in the swinging sixties! Thank you Ellie Shoes!!
