Not for big calves ????

I’m OBSESSED with these and was so excited to wear them for the Lizzo concert, but sadly, they won’t zip over my calves. Wish there was some elastic, or a sizing option for wider calves! Bummed!

super cute!

i was really happy with the product. the red is so pretty and super glittery which was perfect for the costume i had. The support was good and my feet hurt a bit at the end of the night but not as bad as wearing other heals. the glitter can scratch off easily though if you accidentally rub the boots together. but overall happy with the purchase.

If you have Women Size/ BIG CALVES these boots will be WAY TOO SMALL

I love these boots- BUT If you have Women Size/ BIG CALVES these boots will be WAY TOO SMALL. I took them to the shoe maker. He would not touch them but told me to measure where the zippers stopped and cut a triangle on the other side. I did this and added sequin glitter elastic and WA LA -perfect Wonder Woman Boots. But not for women who have big calves!!!

Trust the reviews - not for thick calves

I usually do my due diligence and read many reviews before purchasing clothing or shoes on here. I guess I got too excited about these glittery gold go-go boots and missed the ones that said these will not work for thick calves. I tried the right boot on and immediately had trouble getting the zipper more than halfway up my calf, but I persisted. I was finally able to zip it all the way, but only by raising my leg up in the air, smooshing my calf, and really putting in the elbow grease. With it fully zipped, however, the upper portion of my calf just under the knee bulged above the boot (like a calf version of a “muffin top”) and it was too uncomfortable to keep on longer than it took to walk to the mirror. There was also a good bit of give around the inner ankle, where the material bulged out and created a weird look, as if too big on my feet. They’re precious and I want so badly for them to fit, but I fear even compression socks or tights wouldn’t help as it would just create more width to overcome. Sadly I won’t be able to use these for my Halloween costume this Saturday and will have to return. Wicked bummed.

Be prepared for glitter!

These are wonderful! But they do shed the gold glitter. As long as you're okay with that and the typical cheap Ellie costume shoe build quality, go for it! The price is certainly reasonable and it's available in large sizes (wink)...

Really tight around the calf

The boots are beautiful! I even like the “click clack” noise they make when you walk around. However, not made for girlies with wide calves They were extremely tight on me and I don’t even have calves that are that wide.

Not good quality

Would rate zero stars if i could. Not worth $5. So upset on boot split apart the second i put them on. Not the quality you’re expecting for the hefty price tag.

Zipper on calf is a bit tough to zip up

They are very pretty. Lots of sparkles. The foot section is fairly wide and fit with lots of room. If you have a muscular calf you may experience some difficulty getting the zipper done up. It took me a bit and once I got it it was fine but just be aware there is no stretch to it so if this is usually an issue for you, they might not do up.

Nice boots, falling apart after wearing once

Costume clothing is not meant to be very durable but these boots started cracking and coming apart after wearing them for an hour. They fit a bit tight for the size but not uncomfortably tight. I think they should probably last for a few hours given the price of them.

Ankles were a little tight on boots but overall awesome product. No problem with wearing all night.
