Ordered 2 panel Color is off

Ordered the misty blue Opened 1 panel and loved it since it was more like a seafoam color and then opened the other which was a bluer color. Ordering more panels to see if I can can a match with either since the price is right.

Not as well made as the one from another store

I purchased 4 panels and 3 valances from another store for less $. The one valance order through Amazon prime was not as well made and was about 5.00 more.

Very nice Valance and worth the money

My CONS: Descriptions says valances are ready to hang. Truthfully, they are not. I could not iron the wrinkles out so I had to wash, dry and iron them before I could hang them. That is the worst of it. My PROS: These are very nice valances. I have put the brand in 3 different rooms in my home. They are made well, however, not so heavy they are hard to deal with. I have large windows in my home and did not want to cut down on the natural light in the rooms. The valances are perfect! I have just hung a total of 20 valances - 12 in my living room and 8 in my dining room. They look wonderful. Will add pics a little later on. They did wash and dry very nicely. Hopefully the next time I need to wash them I will only need a light ironing. I would most definitely recommend these and I would by them again and again.

Complete Garbage!

So far I've had to return one of the panels twice (I purchased four) because the shades of the taupe aren't even close to one another. Today when the replacement panel arrived, it was also the wrong shade and not even close to the other three. I ordered ten valances to match, and with the exception of one having a stain on it, all ten of them matched perfectly! When the replacement valance arrived, it was perfect. Why can't someone do the same with the panels? When I attempted to return this panel the second time, they won't send a replacement and I have to purchase another one again. I'm frustrated and I would not recommend these products or company to anyone. This is my first negative review that I've ever written about a product. Save yourself a lot of aggravation and find curtains elsewhere.

I love them

They match my room exactly how I wanted them too. I hate that I had to by two curtains separately and three curtain valances separately I’m sure I could have went somewhere to buy them cheaper but I’m lazy and I hate human contact so it all ends up balancing out in the end

Love Them - Exactly As Described! 5⭐️‘S!

I am very pleased with this product and love the way that they look with my new drapes. They coordinate very well with my decor and I would recommend them! They look exactly like they were described, and I have gotten many compliments on them. If I ever need them for another room then I would definitely buy them again! Thank you very much for helping me to make my home more beautiful and inviting!???? Margaret Stockbridge PS: it says that I only bought 1 valence - however, I bought 4 which was how many you need to create the effect on a large picture window. They must have come from different places (???)...

Mismatch colours

The valance was a total different colour than the beautiful drapes was very disappointing for this was for my Airbnb

Unsatisfied

I ordered three panels at the first and I got them all the same color but it seemed that I need one more from the same product, but I for different color with the same package and product’s info, what the problem, I can’t join different color for the same window. The four panels should be the same It is really upsetting and am totally unsatisfied Who’s the responsible for that, is it Amazon or Elrene ???!!!

These were beyond my expectations. They were beautiful, just to bad they’re to long!

I thought this product was gorgeous. It was just to long for my windows. If they ever come in a shorter size I’ll order them again.

Amazon just Can’t get the order right.

The quality was as expected, the reason for one star is i ordered 2 silver panels but I received 1 silver and 1 red, I returned the order and reordered, the same thing happened again, 1 silver and one red.
