Best socket tray around
These socket trays are amazing keep everything in place nice and tight, I have noticed that some sockets require a turn or two before they press all the way down then lock in place, highly recommend these over the others I have tried

One of the best socket solutions
These Ernst trays are one of the best socket organizing solutions I've found. I didn't end up using different colors for SAE/metric, just because of the exact things I was organizing - but with the labels, that doesn't really matter. There are a number of things that I really like about these specific rails and trays that fit my needs, YMMV... - You can mix and match different drive sizes on any of the rails and you don't have to slide them all off to replace one or two in the middle. You can easily pop them off from anywhere on the rail and pop a different one on. - The release button works great and keeps all of the rails perfectly in place. - Two of the three rail trays, sideways, fit perfectly front to back in my 26" Craftsman top box, giving me six total rails in that drawer. I'm only using the 13" rails, but you could fit the 18s in this drawer with probably 2" to spare. - The twist lock holds plenty tight - regardless if the rails are attached to the tray or if the rail is rolling around in a tool bag. - You can attach clips all the way to each edge and not affect the tray release. I fit ALL of my 1/4" sockets on one rail (23 of them, SAE and metric) and it's completely edge to edge, saving a ton of space. - The labels appear to stick pretty well and it's great that they fold over the edge, since most larger sockets will cover the top part of the label. And being able to move the clips from rail to rail, you don't have to worry about relabeling. Just keep the same socket on the same clip. - Since the labels are stick-on yourself and not pre-printed on the clips, it doesn't matter if your sockets have skips. Just apply the labels you need. They come with a full set of labels for each included rail. A couple things I don't like (but ultimately aren't that big of a deal)... - Since it's a plastic clip on top of a rail sitting inside of a tray, it takes slightly more vertical space than just a different rail or one of the Ernst rails by itself. My deep socket set does not fit in these trays in the drawer I'm using - the same set DID fit vertically in the same drawer with a plastic Craftsman rail. You can see in my photos that there are a couple tall spark plug sockets that DO fit... barely. - The trays leave decent gaps between the rails which is great for larger sockets (like the 34mm 1/2" socket in my photos) but unnecessary with the smaller stuff. Just a trade off for better overall organization. Without the trays, I could probably fit 7-8 rails in the same space - but they would flap around a bit more and not stay in place as well. - The twist lock system is good but can be tricky to get used to and make sure the socket goes on right each time. Overall, very happy - even with the potential loss of a small amount of space. Just made me reorganize my drawers a little. I had some random sets in different drawers that are now on rails in these trays, so it's probably a wash.

Great socket rails and made in USA BIG +
So before I purchased these I read the reviews and I have to say a lot of the negative ones are bogus these rails are real nice and if you lock your sockets on the rails they will not just fall off like some of the reviews stated. One review I saw said the paint was chipping off the rails??? These are not painted they are molded plastic so no mater how much you scratch them up they will be the color you purchase. My only complaint is that I ordered 4 and only received 2...

Great Price! You get a lot for your money
Lets start with price. No matter you choice there is a ton of value. For what is included it is very hard to find anything better. The lock and slide feature is flawless. Even with the rails loaded it is easy to remove and replace it. If you do not like the placement of a rail. You can just swap rails to a new location. Customization. There are so many options and even some color choices. You can choose blue, red, Hig Vis. Pretty much any combination of them. Having the option to choose 3 or 2 rail in 13 or 19 inch is amazing. You can even opt to have just the rails alone. Do not have every socket in a set or maybe have sizes that are not common. This is no problem for this set. Remove or slide the locking pegs. Want the rail to have 1/4, 3/8 and 1/2 no worries you can do that. There are stickers to label everything once you determine what works best for you. Now for the negatives. As with anything nothing is perfect. With all the customization to make this the way that you want it comes at a cost. That cost is not really in actual dollars. Because the price is very reasonable. The real cost is your time. The options are so endless that you will spend what feel like eternity trying to determine what is best for you. Even after hours of tinkering you will find another layout that you would prefer. Great you have a layout and general idea how you will use everything. Now it is time to label. They provide a great deal of little tiny stickers to identify every torx, socket ect... That you own and have place in this. Well lets just say if you are like me. You question if you really need all these sockets ( THE ANSWER IS YES). Plan for a project because it truly is. To sum it up. Yes this is a very tedious project and very time consuming. However the outcome is worth every second that you spend on it. I am have not completely made it 100 percent yet. But the outcome so far is amazing. Would I recommend this to a friend? Absolutely. Even an enemy because I know they will be busy for sometime. Would I purchase again? Already planning on it. I want to thank you for taking the time to read this. Take care and have a great day.

Great socket rail
I've been a tech at Toyota for the past 5 years and I love these holders. Removable rails make taking what you need easy. The only bad thing about these rails were the twist lock feature was stiff but after a couple days they loosen right up. After purchasing my first one I got 2 more

Amazing socket organizer
I really put all my loose sockets in order. Bought 3 of these, and split them according to a wratched spanner size. You can easily move rails across so can take only sockets that you need for the job. Lock is reliable so far. The only advice is Amazon need to start selling extra or spare socket and spanner clips, because I need few extra for my 1/4"set

Probably the best option for socket collections
I had a bunch of those chrome rail type socket holders and while they do keep sockets together, they are always falling over when you open and close the drawers. These organisers stay flat. Not much to fault except I would like to see more options such as having a whole tray full of 1/2" holders or 1/4" holders, sometimes you have so many of the same socket sizes that many are left out. For now though, this is the best method of keeping sockets organised and in place in your tool storage. Good stuff
