Excellent product at a great price.
Arrived quickly, well boxed and with all parts as listed. I had a couple questions about the install and they were answered promptly and courteously. I added the alkaline filter to this setup and the taste of the water is excellent. The quick connects and instructions make things easy and no plumber was required. I'm saving a lot of money from having to purchase bottled water and I'm happy I chose Express Water.

Easy and straightforward replacement, clear directions
I was really happy with my Express Water filter system, it's practically paid for itself by now. Still happy with it of course, heh- but it came time to finally change the filters. I figured it'd be pretty simple to do, as installing the filter system initially was, and aside from not having a proper-shaped brush to clean the RO Membrane housing easily, it was incredibly simple. I'd recommend loosening/removing the pre-stage filters over a long, shallow plastic container (like those shallow, long, under-bed rubbermaid/sterilite bins) or in the bathtub to catch any water left in the housing, as there's still quite a bit left in there after draining the system a day or two before. Attached picture is the 6-month old 1st stage filter next to the new one, the others were relatively clean aside from bits of carbon dust/residue from the activated carbon stages left in the housing for said filters

Excellent system
Install is pretty simple. If you own and can run a simple cordless drill, your golden, just follow the directions. The water quality is excellent. I purchased a PH testor and verified my tap water is approximately neutral (~7) after some initial settling, this water is coming out at 8.5. I will also say that if you have ever experienced gout, you should try this water, you might be pleasantly surprised if you drink it regularly. Excellent value, priceless to me in fact. I have since bout 3 refills to have on hand.

It filters the water
After installing these filters I tested the Alkaline and it scored very high. When I used a TDS meter it did test much lower than tap water but higher than other RO systems I have had in the past but that might be do to the Alkaline filter adding in more Total dissolved solids. Over all if you want an RO system with alkaline water I would recommend this.

I love this unit
The small town I live in is terrible with their water system. If it doesn't smell like chemicals and yellow looking. It smells like frog water and is more brown than yellow in color. I installed this unit and now my water is great. No nasty smell. No nasty tasting water. No nasty film on dishes or in the pet's water dishes. The water comes out clear with no smell other than clean drinkable water. I only wish our town water treatment plant used this kind of system.

Everyone should have a system like this
I really had no idea how dirty my water was until I change the filter cartridges wow absolutely incredible I will never drink tap water again and we're supposed to have pretty good topwater think again
