Buyer Beware! Many Problems

I'm reporting the same problems as other amazon customers' reviews have identified. 1) This product really suds-up in SOFT WATER. This produces real suds, like a washing machine. The suds came up higher than the bottom of my dishwasher door. I've never encountered such suds with other products (including Finish Max In 1). 2) I have a top-of-the line 2015 Bosch dishwasher. Following the instructions precisely, plus tips from amazon reviews) the little detergent packets still stick in my detergent dispenser most of the time. Then they incompletely dissolve. They're quite large (but flexible). Larger than Max In 1. Beware. 3) The product instructions and packaging recommend use with Finish Jet-Dry. This combination left the dishes with a slippery film after drying. It was like they had been sprayed with a silicon lubricant. The film was not removable from my Good Grips Clear Glass Bowl. It looks like it had been etched. Now it's really cloudy. Same problem with the dishes even without using the Jet-Dry. I returned the product.

wasteful produc

all of the tablets are stuck together and when you pull one of it dumps the liquid out of another one. total waste of money

Does Not Clean

Cascade was unavailable, so I decided to try Finish compelled by all of the 5 star reviews. I end up having to wash many of my dishes again when unloading the dishwasher. I was trying to get through the end of the box, but it is so bad that I am going to just throw out and order Cascade. Lesson learned.

All dishes weren’t cleaned

Glasses didn’t clean down to the bottom

Not very good

Leaves a white film on dishes and did not clean them. I had to wash them a second time. I did this with every load after and about half way through the bag I just gave up and tossed them.

Arrived clumped together

Definitely something I will no longer purchase online, the top six were great and normal… now the rest are all clumped together and oozing the liquid out, waste of money.

Don’t waste your money

I purchase this product and says 35 count and only had 25 inside. And they were leaking inside the bag.

Doesn't clean glasses like a rinse agent. They look really bad now.

Starting using this a few months ago and started to notice stains in Tervis tumblers. Just figured out the difference. I hope the tumblers aren't permanently ruined. I'm going to try adding a separate rinse agent and see what happens.
