Updated: Great service - after broke first time I used it

I bought the Flexzilla brand bc it is supposed to be a super durable hose and I wanted something that would last. I connected it to the faucet outside my and put a sprayer on it to water my flowers, and about the third time I turned the water on, the hose popped right out of the gray reinforced end. So much for durability. The return window is closed so I'm stuck with it and wasted my money. It seemed high quality so maybe I got a dud. If you buy a Flexzilla hose, just make sure you try it before the return window closed. I relied on the brand name and didn't pay attention to that, and now I'm sorry. Update: I contacted the company directly and they sent me a replacement at no cost. I changed to 5 stars for great customer service. I have not used it yet, but will update if I have any problems with the new one.

Perfect hose for the right application

If you have a small yard, this lightweight hose makes a nice addition to other 5/8 hoses: easy to use, coil, and store. It is NOT made for heavy duty, so don't use it for that! But its light weight and flexibility will handle small yards with ease

Overall good hoses, but prone to breaking w heavy use.

I have switched over to these hoses for all of my water related tasks. These are fairly good about not kinking but when it is really cold out it can be an issue to roll them up.

Just what I expected!

This is the second time I've purchased the water hose from the same vendor and I love their product! They are very durable and highly reliable product as outdoor. Many items that are being sold out in the market as an outdoor product including garden products are often time not so durable and they are easily torn and weathered. But this brand items are trustworthy. I love such vendors who are honest with their product quality. The prices are affordable as well. I highly recommend.

It’s a great hose!

Use this as a wash down hose on my boat. It’s perfect. Tough. Non marking. It is a tad heavy for what I use it for but hey it’s good quality rubber. Couplers are top quality. Not sure why some reviews complain about linking ????????‍♂️. I’m getting more of these.

Perfect hose

This is by very far the best hose I've ever had or even seen. I've had to use heat guns to get previous hose to simply straighten out. This one straighened out as soon as I unrolled it from the packaging. The seals are very high quality. Couldn't ask for better.

Nada de maravilloso

Misleading pictures from what I recieved

The hose itself is great and works awesome. I am however quite disappointed in Amazon for using the newly updated pictures with the new rubberized swivel grip but sending the older version. I sent in a complaint and received a replacement but still got the same old version. I guess Amazon is not all at fault as the UPC stayed the same when the product updated. Just be aware you might not receive the product as pictured.
