Looks Nice, but Stiff, and Doesn't Feel like Real Leather
My first impressions of the belt: looks good, but is very stiff. After a couple of weeks of constant use, I can add these other observations and opinions: PROs 1. The belt does look pretty good, especially for the price. 2. The color is a pretty close match to my Allen Edmunds, and an exact match to the shoe polish I just bought. 3. Length is spot on. Cons 1. The belt hasn't lost a bit of stiffness, and still retains quite a bit of curl, in spite of being hung nightly. 2. The Stacy Adams name isn't very big, but is still a big CON in my book. 3. Pinseal leather, according to Webster's, is a leather made from the skin of very young seals. Really? Seals? Heard of cowhide, Stacy Adams? Belt just doesn't feel or smell like real leather No idea how long this will last, but for now, it looks good, matches my shoes, and fits well. Whether I buy this again is going to depend on how long it lasts.

Not bad
It arrived on time. The other reviews were correct in sizing. I ordered a 38 for my 36 waist and it fit perfectly. The color is exactly Cordovan. The first thing I did is get out the Cordovan color shoe polish and polished it. It exactly matched. I've been around leather quite a bit and generally the finish isn't very good in most products. So, I polish the leather before I use it. That's the problem, it says "Genuine leather made in China" on the back but I don't think there is a bit of leather in the whole belt. I even looked at the cross section with a magnifying glass and it looks like simulated leather to me. I could be wrong I don't know all the leather processes, but that may account why in other reviews they say it cracks within a year, and it is stiff. The workmanship is well done though, and for the price it probably isn't too bad of a deal. I probably would have bought it ether way, but I don't plan on it lasting very long.

Order up a size.
Nice looking affordable belt that feels sturdy. Make sure to order a size up from what your waist size is.

Size it up for the correct fit: belt runs small
Nice quality belt. Belt definitely runs small in size by 2". I ordered a 36" for my 35" waist and the belt wold just fit using the last hole on the belt. Had to exchange it for the 38", which fit just like I would have expected a 36" to fit. Buy the next size bigger. You should also note that the belt loop has a perforated look to it. Looks a bit cheesy to me on a formal belt, but it's a detail that probably won't be noted by all. Hard to find Cordovan colored belts these days and this seemed like one of the nicer ones. I'd buy it again.

Love this belt
Love this belt! I saw where some reviews said the belt isn’t the proper size. It is the proper size. I always order belts a size larger than my waist size. This belt is exactly the same length as my other belts. The front side of the belt is quality leather. Also, it is the perfect color for cordovan, perfectly matching my cordovan shoes, it’s not too red, not too brown. Perfect color. The belt buckle is polished nickel, and looks really nice! I already ordered another one, this time in black. It’s a great dress belt.

Quality declining
I purchased this item about a year ago and was very impressed, so, when I needed another belt, ordered it again. The quality has gone down greatly - the belt is much thinner and I don't feel it will last very long.

Very short bell.
This is very short belt for a 38cms. I am not happy at all with this product. Certanly, I would not recomend it.
