230V, 50HZ was received, but that's ok
When I got this and the unit received was the EU model- 230v, 50hz and not 220V, 60 HZ I first requested a return, which was approved. After finding a 120V C-frame motor readily available for about $20, I took a chance and chopped the Euro plug off the cord and put a 220V plug on it and plugged it into my 220V outlet. It works fine. Maybe it runs 20% faster than it should, but with virtually no load, it does not seem to run hot, so I am happy. Brass comes out clean and fairly polished in about 2 hours.

110 vs 220 volt version
Great product. Great price for everything you need to get started tumbling brass. Take note, however, that there are 110 and 220 volt versions of this tumbler. I inadvertently bought the 220V version. Fortunately, I have a 220V circuit in my shop already, but you may not so be aware.

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!
We ordered this Frankford "Quick-N-EZ" Tumbler set through Amazon. We live in the USA, but when the product arrived, it had a European plug!! The information booklet reflected an adapter on the cover, but no adapter was included in the package. We then tried to call the maker (noted to be in Minnesota) NUMEROUS times. We tried the telephone number and held for 1 hour - no answer. We then used their email address and received a vague computer response. We sent another email to PLEASE HAVE SOMEONE CALL. No response ever! This Company has NO CUSTOMER SERVICE and obviously does not know where they are . . . the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!

Why oh why do these guys think I need a case tumbler with a European plug in the United States
Guys... I sent the first one back with comments cuz you sent me the first case tumbler with a European plug. Look at my mailing address. I don't live in Europe. I live in the good ole' U.S. of A. Can't I have a unit with a plug that works in the US standard??? Ok, I'm on unit #2. Wanna make this right??? Send me an adapter at no charge and I'll upgrade your score. Thanks!

Pro Tip For Best Results 220v not US Plug
I will keep this short and sweet. Great tumbler. Ok price. Other tumblers out there for less money and work as well. Best Pro Tip I can give anyone, is to add a dryer sheet to your mix when tumbling. It reduces / removes static and extends the life of tumbling media as it attracts the dirt and locks it into the dryer sheet. I use the old dryer sheets after they come out of the dryer and always add them. They work amazingly well. Once you do this you will never tumble without a dryer sheet again.

European version. Buyer be aware!
This came with a euro plug. Not being familiar I had a replacement sent... same. 2 weeks later and time with customer service at Frankford.... I now find this I should've read the reviews.

Great tumbler but…
This is a great tumbler kit that arrived days earlier than the expected delivery date. To any other UK buyers it does not come with a 3 pin plug however easy to replace. Only issue is despite being listed as coming included with media my delivery did not which is disappointing.
