True to size chart

So far, so good

Gave a 4 star only because a just got the waders and I have not actually tried them in water. I wanted to comment on the apparent quality and the fit. I am 180lbs, 5'7", with 32in inseam, 33inch waist, and 44 inch chest. These medium waders fit perfectly. Not too tight and not too loose. Note: I purchased a pair of Frogg Logg wader boots (Rana) along with my 3.5mm neoprene waders. I wasn't sure if I was suppose to order the boots to my shoe size or if I need to order a larger size to compensate for the 3.5 neo waders. So, I ordered a size 10 when I know I wear a 9.5. Well, I got the boots first, and realized that they are already sized to compensate for waders (the size 10 was way bigger than a normal size 10). When the waders came, I tried them and the sz 10 boots were too big for my 9.5 foot, even with the waders. But, if I had ordered my normal shoe size, they all would have fit nicely. The good news is that I knew I wanted to pad my feet with thick wool socks, so the sz 10 boots with the 3.5mm neoprene wader, with a pair of heavy wool socks fit very comfortably. Perfect for what I was after. I can use this setup for cold and warm waters. My recommendation is, that you order your boots according to your shoe size, as they have already compensated for the room the waders with take up. If you want to use socks or other padding with your wader, a half size up, appears to work well.

fitting sizes, etc

the material seems to be very good.. the foot size on the medium is about a 8-11 shoe size(exactly as stated in size chart)... i wear a 10 in shoe size and theyr just a bit loose in the foot. anything smaller if feet will be very baggy..... the legs seem to run a bit long for me but im 5'10 and a 30 inch inseam at best and the chart says 32 inseam for med.. and they seem a bit long in the leg .. but i can bend and move quite easily around in them..no discomfort at all and the extra length is ok to deal with (tuck into boot or having a little saggy legs is not a prob at all) i have size 12 rubber boots from wal-mart and they fit perfectly in them nice and snug yet not too tight... so if your getting a wader shoe i suggest getting rubber boots from wal-mart,,, or finding a friend who has wading shoes your size or larger to test them before purchasing shoes for them but again the wal-mart rubber boots seemed to work out real well for me and im not going to invest in wader shoes till i can be more specific about the size ill need..... but overall i am very pleased with the quality ...

Fit of the medium size

Medium size fit me OK. I'm 5'9'tall, 183lbs, 32"inseam, 9.5shoe,34"waist,XLshirt. Both the booties and legs had a little bit of extra length roominess. The chest fit me like a glove but it would be a little snug if I had much of a pot belly or if I were to wear a jacket beneath the waders. My flexibility isn't hindered in them. I like that it came with a little patch kit, a pair of sliding gravel guards, a phone pouch, hands pouch, Velcro attachment shoulder straps, reinforced knees, dark green color. Have not tested it in the water yet.

Frogg Toggs Amphib 3.5mm neoprene wader is the most comfortable and flexible wader I've owned.

My second Frogg Toggs wader is just what I wanted. It is comfortable, easier to slip on and out and keeps me thoroughly dry. It's my second one since the first one I ordered and got delivered was too big (I overestimated my girth!) so Amazon zipped a new one to me as soon as UPS took the first oversized one from my hands. I got the better-fitting one in two days! Very impressive. It's comfortable and flexible enough that I can use it on my fishing kayak, too, since I have to launch while standing in freezing water sometimes. Great buy!

TERRIBLE

I bought these for my Bday present based on the good user reviews, as I was skeptical about buying a pair of waders for this price. I'm starting to think these reviews were purchased by the seller, as TWO pairs of these waders began leaking in the feet within their second use standing in moderately flowing water. The first pair was replaced without issue, but after the second pair started leaking and I was unable to return for warranty, needless to say I'm not happy! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME with these. What is normally a decent name brand has unfortunately let me down.
