Just what I needed

just what I needed to update a wall lamp

This cord was the perfect replacement cord for a wall lamp I just purchased. I recently purchased a wall mounted lamp. Unfortunately that lamp had an orange/gold cord hanging down my very light colored walls. The lamp now looks 100 times better with this new white cord hanging down. As well as the color, the length of the cord is just right too. I am not an electrician, but changing out the cord was super easy to do.

Too big for a petite lamp

I purchased this as a cord replacement for a small antique lamp. The electrician rewiring the lamp for me said the cord was the equivalent of a vacuum cleaner cord. I am not able to use.

Quality Material, Not a Perfect Fit For Older Electrotics.

I used this product to upgrade a vintage boudoir table lamp. It is made from quality materials and quite sturdy. But, beware that this cord has much thicker insulation than antique lighting and electronics. I had quite the time getting it to run thought the lamp. And especially inside the switch housing when using an underwriters knot. It took everything I had to get the wires to lay right and press the housing back together. Otherwise it was an easy replacement. And I think the black cord looks much better with the lamp than the old brown cord.

Worked as expected

Used this to turn a hard wired sconce into a corded wall lamp. Very easy to use and is working as I expected it to.

Good electrical cord - no issues

It’s an excellent basic electrical cord. No issues! Just make sure it is long enough for your purpose.
