Have several of these. Great as a hot plate but also put under cutting board so it won’t slide. Also use as spoon rest.

consistently excellent

gir products have been replacing my old tools in the kitchen. and for good reason, they are sturdy, safe, reliable. the weight of these flex mats does not disappoint. when you read that they can handle up to 550*, are oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher safe, you test them. i had my favorite ultimate spoon in a pot of soup on the stove. and it was fine. i am counting on these to use as mats to reduce mess when i'm cooking/baking, as tops for reheating things in the microwave, as trivets and as pot holders. my first night i used them 3 of the ways. as always, easy to clean. gir does not disappoint.
