good foam, but...

it's comfortable and has a nice thickness. but the velcro strap can be designed better so that it's more convenient to tie together. and the quality of the foam seems cheap as i lost the velcro strap and used tape to secure it. when i pulled the tape off later, the foam ripped apart. a good quality foam would not do this.

Missing Strap??

Nice thickness to the mat but it did not come with the carrying strap.

Seems OK...

.. but there are the better ones. This one is soft, maybe too soft, good size, did not break yet, but it certainly will. Does not stink either. It certainly lower quality, than the ones I see at NYSC - the professional grade - soft but sturdy, supporting and cushioning without bouncing.

Does not provide enough grip

The pad is thick as described. It provides enough support when you're on your knees or elbows and it doesn't hurt the back during sit-ups. However, the surface doesn't provide enough grip for the shoes when trying to balance. Not bad overall.

Missing the carry strap

The mat came without the carry strap, which makes it harder to carry because it's a larger/longer mat.
