Goody is a good brand

I like these clips for the most part. Not too expensive and they a decent amount of time.

Very mediocre

Using hair ties everyday has made my head hurt, so I wanted to try these claws as an alternative. The smaller claws for my side swept bangs and the larger ones for the rest of my hair in bun. I’ve been using it for a couple of days and it’s not big and/or strong enough to hold my hair in place. It hasn’t broken yet, so it’s so-so so far.

Perfect colors, liked the variety of sizes in this pack

I liked that this had a variety of sizes and the colors that would look good with my current hair color. I wouldn't recommend using this product if you need to use a headset as it does sit higher on your head. Works well and held my fine hair.

It's a cute set of clips but doesn't have a grip. May be suitable for people with thick hair who want to use it to hold a section of hair.

My hair was in disarray for ages ...

My hair was in disarray for ages and people began to question my mental well being. "I'm not mad," I responded to one inquiry. With the ease of one squeeze, these pretty hair clips hold my hair upright. I was, for once, dignified and graceful (and loving it!). I surmise that the tiny recoil springs are industrial strength; they'e proven to be reliable and my hair remains tidy until sunset (at which time I put my hair down). Although I am not a backwoods survivor, I suspect these fancy hair clips could be used to trap small creatures if needed; I don't endorse this particular application, however, because I am a vegetarian.

The best clips for hair. Inner spikes help to 'grab' hair and keep the clip in place

I've been using one of the medium-sized clips for the last several years to clip up the top half of my hair but a few weeks ago, the metal part keeping the 'jaws' under tension broke and I was left with an unusable clip. I thought for sure if I had one, I must have more, but couldn't find any in my stash of miscellaneous hair care styling stuff. I bought some Dollarame hair clips that looked about the same for (4 for $1.25) but they don't have the inner spikes to grip the hair so they'd slide out of my straight hair - completely ineffectual and useless junk! Into the garbage, they went! I hopped onto Amazon and found these and the medium-sized clips are the exact same as my ancient, broken clip. I'm so happy! honestly, it's worth the $5. I use the mini jaw clips for clipping the short layers of my hair out of my face.

Not finger friendly

Overall these are sturdy and made of a hard plastic. I just find them really hard to pinch open. I usuly have to open from the bottom and the. Pinch to hold open while I put them in my hair. Especially the smaller ones. Overall I wouldn't buy them again.

Don’t work

These barely work. The metal spring is hard and requires a lot of force to open. You’d think it would then stay in your hair but nope. It falls out and holds nothing. Woof. Do not recommend

They hold up well!

I bought these for my old english sheepdog, his bangs get in his eyes. These buckles did the trick for his thick hair !
