Double check your box

This is the second time I bought from Amazon and received a returned box. This means the items were not wrapped so you better be careful for the parts laying around. Thanks to a friend the box was not as advertised but with work we got it to work. I'm sure it could have been returned but you are in the middle of a project you don't want to stop. It's looks good.

I love the color!

Gorgeous finish & great price!

The finish is gorgeous and the lock was simple to install. Took me a few minutes and I haven’t had any experience before. I bought a few locks from this company already and so far I am extremely happy!

Missing parts. No time to return item.

Ordered item and Jr arrived on time. Opening box and inspection finding the deadbolt lock cylinder is missing. Since my client needs the door to have a lock, I do not have time to wait days for a return and replacement. There is no option other than to return and since we need the locks expeditiously, will need to install what I do have and order yet another set for 1 part then have it rekeyed to match the 30 keys that will fit this knob that I did recieve... Otherwise pleased with the color, shipping, packaging and clean cut of supplied keys.
