Okay, but with a concern.

I have only used these for a very short period of time. The first thing you notice is the floss is thin and fits well if your teeth are extremely close together. I have noticed that the floss does not shred. That is huge. Every brand I have used in the past has shredded at some point. The mint flavor is very mild. That is great because I cannot stand a strong mint flavor. Those are the good points. Now for the bad. I find that after flossing just a few teeth, the floss stretches too much. Once it stretches, the thin side of the floss is no longer upright. The wider part of the floss then has to be forced in between tight gaps. Instead of using just one or two of the floss picks, I end up using a minimum of four. That does not make them very economical. I know what you’re thinking. Why not just buy floss on a roll? Many of them are very thick. The coconut floss shreds horribly and leaves little pieces of the floss stuck in your teeth. As for the super thin versions, they can easily cut your gums. And the major reason I don’t used the roll type, drumroll, please…I have serious carpal tunnel syndrome. It is extremely difficult for me to grip the floss in two hands. The pain afterwards is not worth the cost savings. So, in order to avoid gum disease, I will continue to use the picks.

You get what you pay for

I don’t notice much flavor compared to a popular brand I’ve used. Also the floss stretches out so you end up with a loose glosser that isn’t quite as effective

Slide gum floss

Truly love & enjoy using these gum flossers. Having arthritis & numbness in my hands makes it difficult to use other types of flossing. The flavor is also great!

Muy útiles y fáciles de usar

Vi comentarios de que están flojos, a mí me funcionaron perfecto. Si se aflojan después del uso pero se supone que son desechables, igual para no generar tanta basura los reutilizo hasta 3 o 4 veces. Me gusta que en el otro extremo es como un escarbadientes filosito, asi que tienes todo lo necesario para la limpieza. La única crítica que tengo hacia estos nuevos utensilios es el desperdicio de plástico y basura que generan. Los compré por mis hijos chicos que es difícil con el puro hilo limpiarles, pero creo que en unos años volveré al hilo corriente y los escarbadientes de madera.

Se aflojan muy rápido

A diferencia de los que son de color azul (de la misma marca) en cuanto entra entre mis dientes se siente rijido (normal) y al sacarlo se siente muy flojo el hilo, cabe decir que no aplico demasiada fuerza. Algo bueno que decir es que no deshilacha, a diferencia de los que son de color blanco (de la misma marca).

Se aflojan un poco

Me gusta lo practico de este tipo de hilo dental, pero me preocupa la contaminacion de tanto plastico de un solo uso por lo que cada vez los utilizo menos, ojala puedan fabricar algo mas ecologico. Por otro lado, he usado los de color azul de la misma marca y el hilo se siente mas firme que estos de color morado que se aflojan a la primer pasada.

SE ROMPEN CON MUCHA FACILIDAD

Se rompe el hilo con mucha facilidad, pierde su rigidez inmediatamente y te alcanza a limpiarte bien a lo mucho la mitad de tus dientes superirores o inferiores, así que tendrías que usar unos 3 o 4 por limpieza.
