Good product, but requires guesswork for undefined total length
I've worn these trousers for years. Two problems: Often the bottom edges of the cuffs will fray, probably in the washing machine. Second and more serious problem: When I need to change size a little, I have to take a tape measure with me to a department store to get the size right. That is because Haggar is not consistent about the length, with a variation of an inch or two in the total length of the garment. You might call that the "outseam" dimension. I want to keep that between 40" and 41" so they fit correctly, but often I have to switch between 29 and 30 inch lengths just to get them in that range. Maybe the problem is that Haggar has these made in many different countries, with different size traditions. But I wish Haggar (or maybe just Amazon) would include the total length in the description!

weekend hidden expandable waist
I was looking for Dickies work pants with expandable waist. Which they no longer have so I purchased these. You might wish to go up a couple sizes, even with the expansion did not fit my husbands waist. More of a dressy pant the work pant. The material is a little thin but again more dressy. Unfortunately I had to return all of them.

I like them, I own other pairs, but THIS pair is too short-waisted.
These pants are very short-waisted. The inseam is perfect, the waist is perfect. I love the expanding waist which keeps the pants fitting and feeling great when I'm sitting, standing, walking, or riding my bike. The overall quality – fabric, stitching – is decent considering the price. But the waist is very short. The belt-line is much lower on me than any other pants I own, including THESE SAME PANTS I bought in previous years. This makes me feel as if my butt-crack is sticking out (or would be sticking out if I weren't wearing a shirt) any time I bend over and just a little... odd... when I'm standing or sitting. Maybe this is "the style" nowadays but I prefer for my pants to come up to just below my navel and these are way, way lower.

Perfect fit
I ordered black color but they sent brown. Fortunately the shade of brown is very nice so my husband kept it.

A little tight in the thighs
I by no means of any measurement have big thighs and I didn't order skinny jeans so I expected the legs to fit a little more loosely than they do. The buttons at the waist can be a hassle at times as the button slot is really tight.

I like the pants
I like the pants. Have purchased again and will again. My work dress is business casual and they work well with easy care. Hang damp from dryer and no need to iron. The do seem to have a modern slimmer cut. Not exactly tight. Just a little trimmer than what I would consider a standard cut..

I liked the offer 800 but disliked postage and handling twice that amount rendering the item costly affair in India, sizes are baffling too.

Used to be better quality from Haggar
Much thinner than ones purchased at retail store. Collects lint easily. Button hard to undo.
