Great for drop ceilings!

Installed in a lightweight drop ceiling and these worked great. Easy to connect to existing electrical and love that they mount using 2 spring arms inside the ceiling. Made it super easy to install without having to install more electrical boxes or anything. Also really like that you can adjust the brightness to get the light just the way you like it. Highly recommend!

Where have these been my whole life?!

Just an amazing product. The best thing is the peace of mind that you didn’t guess wrong on the color temperature. The adjustable color temp switch on the wire connector box is a game changer. Plus, if you have no room above the ceiling for a can light (maybe you have a beam or duct in the way) this light is the thickness of a sheet of drywall. No wire nuts needed either. One of the most satisfying purchases I’ve made.

Niiiccceee!

Easy install. I have experience with electric so that was a plus. When replacing an existing light, the joist that it’s affixed to may be an issue. The setup for this light is between 2 joist since it just locked in to the drywall. Trying to use an existing hole near a joist wasn’t going to work so I had to move it over a few inches so the light can sit flush in the ceiling. This created a hole a little bigger than the light and I had to do some minor repair.

Much brighter then my 50 watt GU10s

The media could not be loaded. I brought these to replace some 3” 50 watt halogen gu10 fixtures. They were all brown and melted from the heat of the halogen bulbs. My electrician easily pulled out the old fixtures and installed these instead. I have them set at 3000k. I can’t believe the light output compared to the gu10 halogens literally double the light output. They dim really nicely with my existing smart home dimmers. I am going to have to turn down the total output as 25percent on these probably compares to 100 on the halogens. Even the brighter 60 watt halogen gu10 equivalents won’t hold a candle.

Nice Lights But Expect Used Quality

TLDR: they work as advertised but don't expect 100% new quality. Product arrived faster than expected but man were they in rough shape. Boxes were beat to heck, retention tabs missing, internal cardboard ripped, two boxes missing the metal adapters, only one set of instructions among the three boxes (who needs those though... right?), and one of the boxes was so ripped the lights nearly fell out when I picked it up. Three of the lights had scuff marks on the trim that won't come off. It was very clear these were returned and sent right back out the door. As for performance I've only tested a handful of them but they are responsive and the color switches let you dial in exactly what temp you want. No issues with the product once it's up just the defects and missing parts warrant a lower price for sure.
