pretty good - blends everything EXCEPT SPINACH AND KALE

It’s a really good blender I love the cord storage on the back it looks amazing on my countertop. Does a really good job blending as well, it gets every single chunk EXCEPT FOR greens. It does not blend greens all the way down you will see some small chunks. other than that it’s great!

Great Blender, Blends Smoothly

Get ready for smooth smoothies with this one. It chops well, and can easily be cleaned since the blade is detachable from the base, without sticky and messy rubbers between. It also is leak proof at the bottom, no need to clean or wipe the machine. Only the blade mugs, and upper body.

You’ll have to work for it

It will get the job done with help from you. You will need to manipulate the contents and push your frozen fruit into the blades while it’s on and running which can be dangerous if you’re not careful. This wouldn’t have been my first time doing it with a blender any ways so I wasn’t too worried. The extra cup it comes with can also be used to blend with which was neat if you need to be quickish and on the go. The way it comes apart for easy cleaning is by far my favorite from any blender I’ve used in my life. The blade the base and the blender all come apart, it’s really great. And the blender pitcher is glass which is really nice however the blender base is a flimsy plastic which I can see breaking easy if you’re not careful and then you’d really be out of luck because you can’t blend with out the base. Once my smoothie is blended it is a nice consistency that you would expect a smoothie to be. You just have to work for it a bit and then once you get it going leave it to run for a few minutes to make sure it gets to all of the fruit. I just moved across country and just needed something quick before I splurged on a vita mix. This blender is by far not the best blender but also not complete sh*t and if you have common sense and have the capacity and patience to adapt it will do.

The best one I bought

Although I paid the original price of $55 (now $35) I do not regret it! I have a full size Vitamix but wanted something smaller and would make smoothies on the go! After purchasing 2 other 'personal size' ones and being very disappointed this is perfect. Smoothies come out great, crushes ice without a hiccup. All I do is add liquid first, yogurt, frozen fruit, and about 5 ice cubes. Best smoothie ever. Use it every day since I bought it!

Very disappointed. Noisy and takes forever to make a smoothie! Poor blending power. Easy to use and clean and compact.

Great Investment!

I may upload a video later, but I am beyond happy with this purchase. Functions very well and I just ordered another for my parents. Their current blender most likely cost more, but can't touch the quality of the Hamilton Beach. Once I get their feedback, I will most likely get one for the church! Highly recommended
